My experience at this dealership was fantastic. My salesman Rick was knowledgeable,friendly and transparent. The sales manager and finance manager provided superior customer service and answered any question that I had. I Would definitely… buy another vehicle from this dealership.

by not 4 Mark on 08/25/2025Sales guy little off when talking to him on phone after a conversation about the truck doesn't say by just hangs up and when I left the dealership the radio truck wasn't working so I call my sales guy BEN back he try helping me on the… phone then said I will call you back NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN I DROVE 3 1/2 HRS ONE WAY TO BUY THE TRUCK AND I SAY AGAIN NEVER HEARD BACK , MAYBE JUST TO CHECK ON ME NOTHING NOT HAPPYWe apologize that you have not heard back from anyone at the dealership. Jacob Quinn was very nice and he kept us informed on how the paper… work was coming along. He made sure we got water or coffee if we wanted it. He let me tell my story first before making any recommendations. I did not feel pressured at any time to… make a quick decision and we spent most of the day doing test drives to see what worked with my budget and individual needs. He was also very kind and considerate to my father who I help take care of and made him feel part of the experience which I appreciated. Scott, the sales manager was also very welcoming and friendly and gave me a fair estimate on my trade-in. Scott, the finance manager was excellent at laying out payment options that worked with my budget and once again did not put pressure on me towards a certain package. He let me make the decision based on what I had shared with him and with the team. I feel the team met me where I was and worked with me until I found the right fit. Overall, I had an excellent experience with the sales team at Jeff Schmitt GMC Buick and I love my new Buick Envision.Super attentive

When I decided I would like to see a Buick, he came to Jeff… Schmitt Buick GMC to show me the Buick. I drove the Buick home that day! The whole staff from sales to finance knows their business and how to make each customer feel special. And they did not add a "market adjustment" increase to the price of the car. From day one Tim Wilson did everything he said he would and then some. Day of our appointment I called early to check on a… few things to ensure we had all our ducks in a row. There were a few curveball I threw (unintentionally) that needed additional clarification etc. Tim made sure we had all of the answers to our questions before moving forward.
