Jeff Schmitt Buick GMC

I was greeted as soon as I came into the building by Jacob. He was very friendly, approachable and incredibly patient, and attentive. He let me tell my story first before making any recommendations. I did not feel pressured at any time to make a quick decision and we spent most of the day doing test drives to see what worked with my budget and individual needs. He was also very kind and considerate to my father who I help take care of and made him feel part of the experience which I appreciated. Scott, the sales manager was also very welcoming and friendly and gave me a fair estimate on my trade-in. Scott, the finance manager was excellent at laying out payment options that worked with my budget and once again did not put pressure on me towards a certain package. He let me make the decision based on what I had shared with him and with the team. I feel the team met me where I was and worked with me until I found the right fit. Overall, I had an excellent experience with the sales team at Jeff Schmitt GMC Buick and I love my new Buick Envision.
