They genuinely look out for your best interest and give you the "best" deal that is possible. Can't say enough… about sales rep Craig Manning. He is "awesome"! He is professional, patient and very knowledgeable. Makes buying a car very pleasant. As a matter of fact the entire team is great. Whenever I go there, as soon as you walk in, there is always someone there to great you with a warm welcome. Unlike some places where it seems reps are there just to do their job and it shows, I was greeted and made to feel welcome. Mr Philip Kwon has excellent customer… service skills, (and I say that having been trained by a top sales company), He was knowledgeable about what service was to be performed and what I will need in the future. He didn't make me feel like he was trying to "Sell" me something but explained the benefits I would have for future service. He was honest and truthful. I know this because my brother is a retired mechanic and said the same thing I will be returning shortly and happily for the needed services.Javien is the best!

Awesome service

I could not turn the car off as I would have to call for another service. Phillip called me back and said that they had a battery in… stock for me and I was able to drive to the dealership and have them install a new battery.
