I was impressed by the professionalism that was displayed from the start. Unlike some places where it seems reps are there just to do their job and it shows, I was greeted and made to feel welcome. Mr Philip Kwon has excellent customer service skills, (and I say that having been trained by a top sales company), He was knowledgeable about what service was to be performed and what I will need in the future. He didn't make me feel like he was trying to "Sell" me something but explained the benefits I would have for future service. He was honest and truthful. I know this because my brother is a retired mechanic and said the same thing I will be returning shortly and happily for the needed services.
