This is the best Mercedes dealership i have had the pleasure of purchasing a car from. Our sales representative Den Boshkovski is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He made the entire car purchase experience worthwhile. He… goes out of his way not only during the sale, but after. He checks in and keeps in touch. If I ever have any questions or concerns I know i will be helped right away. Den will be our Mercedes representative as long as we live in Dublin, Ohio.

by PaPa_Benz on 12/12/2015I saw the ML350 online and stopped by Crown Mercedes in Dublin. I saw it on the pre owned lot and looked it over. It was in very good condition so I went inside to ask for a test drive. Gracie Hendrickson met with me and we went for a ride… to show my wife in Westerville. She loved the ML and Gracie and I went back to the dealership. Traffic was heavy on the freeway but Gracie was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to. I made an offer on the truck and they accepted. She notice a spot on the wood grain on the passenger door and had the detail man clean the inside. While the paper work was be processed, Gracie went over the features of the controls and she synced my phone to the Comand system. Any questions I had were quickly answered because she knew the controls and Comand system inside and out. She even knew the differences between the various years of how the controls worked. Gracie made the experience fun and she is probably the most knowledgable sales person I have ever dealt with. I live in Gahanna and it is worth the trip to pass… the other service department which is 7 minutes from my house and come to Crown. Two hiccups - during the negotiating process Mr. Chumak did not accurately… represent a benefit offered by Mercedes for buyers of certified pre-owned cars; and I have yet to receive a response to an inquiry I submitted three weeks ago about offered service contracts. If I had been on the fence about the purchase of the car, I am not certain if the dealership would have been able to close the deal.Dear MSoto01, We appreciate you taking the time to post your review, and we apologize that you were not satisfied with our Sales Consultants explanation of the Mercedes Benz national program. Unfortunately, the program offering the forgiveness of two payments that you were interested in did have a maximum amount to those two payments - $800 or $850 depending on the vehicle.
