This is the best Mercedes dealership i have had the pleasure of purchasing a car from. Our sales representative Den Boshkovski is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He made the entire car purchase experience worthwhile. He… goes out of his way not only during the sale, but after. He checks in and keeps in touch. If I ever have any questions or concerns I know i will be helped right away. Den will be our Mercedes representative as long as we live in Dublin, Ohio.

by solicitor1 on 03/30/2016In under 72 hours I purchased 2 vehicles from Ken Stuart at Mercedes. That didn't include the month+ of searching for the right luxury car and nanny. Very different needs and price ranges, so I spent a bit of time running around town… looking for the right deal(s). I found some horrible people to deal with and some good ones, but Ken was head and shoulders above the rest. Stayed in contact over the month to make sure my questions were answered but not once did I feel someone was trying to call to get the sale. He was helpful and even introduced me to a vehicle option I hadn't considered and ended up choosing. I was having a problem with an electrical / safety system and they spent time to find it and fully fix, along with new tires and a regular service interval.Very Pleased with the service and service technician!

We receive outstanding service and information from Todd and he does a great job keeping us informed about any issues/costs… associated with repairs. This latest service occurred after tangling with a pothole...Todd got in quickly, provided a rental car (free with the CPO program/purchase of a vehicle from Crown) and made sure we had all the work done that was needed, noting that he never pushes for unnecessary repairs/service.Best Sales Person Ever!
by peter1dog on 02/24/2016I've been looking for the right car for about 4 months. I narrowed my criteria early in my search and started calling dealers with the CPO E350 I was looking for. My search covered a large three state area. That's when dealing with sales… people got interesting. Most sales people took a while to get back with me. Most sales people knew less about the car than I did. I even settled on a car just to find out that when I was headed with check in hand to go get it that the dealership sold it without telling me. Shortly after that is when I meet Melisa Greenburg from Crown Mercedes. What a difference it is to talk and deal with someone that is honest. She even had someone come to her and try to buy my car I was in the process of coming to pick up. Needless to say everything worked out great. she knew everything about the car and was amazingly fluent with all the small workings that made the car a better experience, Thanks!!!CLA 250

I was promised a few things on the vehicle I purchased prior to coming in from out of town and contrary to what I am used to seeing in other dealerships, the pre-owned manager Ralph… Burgess kept his word even though it meant not making as much money on the sale. Geoffrey Mackey is an excellent sales representative, if it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have bought the vehicle. He is very fair in getting the customer his due. I had missing floor mats and no owners manual and he went right to the parts dept. and ordered them for me free of charge because when you are buying a Mercedes that's the least you should expect. This dealership really gives a new meaning and culture to what a dealership should be like. Kudos!Great Service
