He is always friendly, professional and goes the next step to help meet your needs. Our A service appointment for our GLE was at… 9:30 am, we asked if we could pick our car up by 1:00 pm the same day, Bryon said he would see what he could do. Bryon called us before 1pm to say our vehicle was ready. We were surprised how fast they worked to deliver outstanding service. We really didn't expect it. by AMG C43 Tire repair on 12/10/2020I made an apt through the Mercedes Me App to have a tire repaired and submitted a request for use of a loaner vehicle. When I showed up the following week the dealer had no record of my apt even though I had received email confirmation.… This is where Brian Tassinari snd his team stepped up. They knew I had made other commitments thinking I would have the loaner so they immediately pulled my car into the garage and had me on my way in little over 30 minutes. Great team at this dealer.Dave Kohler is the best!

He has consistently taken excellent care of the car as well as provided excellent customer service! He is efficient, thorough, and on time. This visit I had the car… loaded for a pottery class and he even moved all my supplies to the loaner car. Above and beyond service. I had a very bad experience in Dec/Jan and consistently asked for a… survey and never got one thus was very disappointed . Hopefully things are on track now againGreat Service

When I dropped the car off I was greeted promptly and kindly and everyone was adjusted to Covid protocols. They repaired the… sensor, didn’t try to repair anything else or sell me something I didn’t need. They didn’t over complicate it and I had my car back when promised all washed and clean. I will be back.Professional and helpful.
