by Riham on 03/19/2020I just want to talk and rate my recent experience at the Toyota dealer in Delaware Ohio. As you can see I gave it 5 stars 🌟 this was a very smooth process from beginning to end , more specifically I would like to give high praise to my… salesman JOE SPEARS. Not only he was a Truly genuine and a gentleman to boot but also a true professional. I had a recall call to go check my sienna air bag and seat belt. While waiting in the lobby I had to go check this amazing beautiful car in every way while he was waiting on his desk and offer his help. Wasn’t ready to buy car but he got me hooked to all the new features especially safety ( exactly what mother of 4 children needs ) the more time I spent talking to him the more inclined I became. His Knowledge and experience and approachIs quiet relaxed and there was no pressure at all from him. After my husband showed up we got more convinced he found a way to make it work in our favor and we couldn’t have asked for much more then that. We choose the exterior and interior color we loved with all the great features added. Within a month the car was here couldn’t wish for more it was incredibly amazing and beautiful and when I sat with Joe to teach me all about it I left this place crying as having the best gift ever from my husband and Joe. Thank you so much Joe you were incredibly helpful And you did everything you could to get me into the vehicle I’ve always wanted you did a wonderful job and will will definitely recommend you to all my friends and relatives that they have to come to this place before visiting any other dealers.Excellent Sales and Follow up

He listened to our wants and concerns. He talked to us to determine… just what we wanted and what we expected out of our new purchase. We settled on a 2018 Camry. We have previously owned a Camry and this 2018 didn't disappoint. Our review is not on the car but on the outstanding experience we received from Byers Toyota Used Cars. The sales procedure was kept open and no hidden fees or services were sneaked in along the way. Sean did a fantastic job of explaining everything. He was supported and helped by his management and finance team. As you can imaging any used car requires a little adjustment to satisfy both the buyer and the dealership. Byers Toyota wanted to make a new customer and it showed in the whole process. We would recommend Sean and Byers Toyota to be given a chance on your next used car purchase. When my husband showed up for the appointment, after wasting 30 minutes just asking stupid questions, they finally told him they don't have the wheel there. Then they… just stood there like deer in headlights, expecting him to just be ok with that. Why would you schedule an appointment , and not check if it's there. Or it would have been ok if they could have called at some point before the appointment to say it wasn't there. The fact that they didn't even care enough to check makes us unlikely to return .Horrible service

When i checked with another auto shop, the claimed failure part by Toyota is in good working condition. I… would never go again to them, as they have completely played around with customer trust and loyalty.Great customer service!

by MichaelG on 08/30/2018I purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 from Byers Toyota on RT23 in Delaware Ohio. Truck was a great price and in great shape with the mileage and options I was looking for. The purchase of the vehicle went great and the folks involved in the sale… were very helpful during the purchase and I am happy with the purchase. Now here is the reason I am only rating 2 stars...Upon completion of the paper work I was only provided 1 key to a $51,000 and the Ford Link tie downs that come with the truck are also keyed and no keys were provided for those either. Multiple calls to the dealership were placed asking for some assistance in getting a second key so that I could program the door keypad entry (Only on Ford but requires 2 keys for setup) unless the factory door code is provided which it was not provided to me either. It is the touch of customer service on the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased that would have moved this review from a 2 star to a 5 star. It has been 3 weeks since the purchase and still no resolution on the keys. I will have to purchase on my own...just doesn't seem right.Great experience at Byers Toyota!

I immediately got a response from Jeff Mull and we got the ball rolling on a 2018 Sienna. Living over 2 hours away, we weren’t sure what to expect;… however, we were pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. Jeff was great to work with and the communication was perfect. When he said he was going to do something, he literally did within the timeline he stated. We set up a time for us to drive up and purchase the van and we walked out less than 2 hours later with the keys to our new van. It was literally the easiest vehicle purchase to date. Thank you Jeff and Byers Toyota!!Bumpy start

He did not seem like he knew the significance or concept of walk in or fist come fist serve. I was… prepared to just drop my car off and pick up later. Dan seemed like he was growing impatient with me. I left and was going to a drive though auto service or change place. I left and called back to Tara she mentioned that I could drop it off and it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. She had convinced me to comeback to your dealership for service. I have been a loyal patron for years and enjoy coming there. Thank you for your time .Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

I would not recommend them for sales as I have had problems in the past. Recently was attempting to talk to my… salesman about a new vehicle they had in stock, but the salesman wasn't available as promised and responded with excuses. They don't seem interested in repeat customers from the sales side of the house.Dealer Pricing

by OurRAV4 on 03/19/2017I appreciate the service. Our Toyota has 169,000 miles and is a great car. We plan on keeping it for at least another year. I will have Byers service the car from now on. I am upset about not being approved for the excessive oil… consumption recall. When the recall was announced, we obtained a test. I had to break the seal to add oil because we were out of town. I had a 2nd test conducted and was told that I only used 7/8 quart of oil in 1100 miles and didnt qualify. I was told to come back for another test in several months. When I did, I was notified the timeframe had expired. I was never made aware there was a timeframe. It was suggested to call the manufacturer service department. I called Toyota and after investigation, was denied. I know it was because the Toyota Man Service Rep looked up my service records within Toyota and denied request due to lack of records resulting from me not having Byers service the vehicle. I was too exhausted at this point to discuss any further. It is a great vehicle. I do think it's a shame that there is a known excessive oil consumption issue and it cannot be covered by the manufacturer. The vehicle uses a quart of oil every 500 - 750 miles. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to share.Another great experience!!!
