I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2023 Ford Bronco from Byers Ford, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience, especially since I made the purchase on a Sunday! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a welcoming… team that made me feel right at home. Despite it being a Sunday, the staff at Byers Ford were fully engaged, offering exceptional service and answering all of my questions without hesitation. My sales representative, Jeff Ashbrook, was outstanding—he was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood all the features of the Bronco. He was never pushy and genuinely wanted to make sure I was making the best decision for my needs. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Jeff walked me through all the details, provided transparent pricing, and helped me navigate the financing options with ease. His professionalism and attention to detail made a big difference in my overall experience. The 2023 Ford Bronco itself is absolutely fantastic—rugged yet refined, with all the modern features I was looking for in a vehicle. Overall, buying my Bronco from Byers Ford was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend them—especially if you’re looking for top-notch service on a Sunday. A huge thank you to Jeff Ashbrook and the team for making the process so easy and enjoyable!

    I brought my truck in with the Service AdvanceTrac warning displaying and the service team was kind enough to take the time to pull codes without an appointment. An appointment was then scheduled to do the necessary repairs. Only issue I… had was getting info on the status of the repair on the second day. Ended up just driving to the dealer and left with my repaired vehicle shortly after.

    I recently purchased a 2016 Mustang GT from Byers Ford. I had been hoping to purchase a car in a few months when my car broke beyond repair leaving me stranded. I had to buy a new car quickly and was concerned I wouldn't be able to find the… model, options, color that I was hoping to find on such short notice. After searching the Internet with little luck and contacting a couple other dealers that tried to sell me cars on their lot that I did not want, I contacted Nick Borgia at Byers. We discussed what model and options I desired and he quickly found the manual, black, fastback Mustang GT that I was looking for at another dealer. I came in to the dealership the next day to test drive a similar model on the lot and talk out the deal with Nick. Within an hour I was walking out the door having made my decision, and in a couple days I was driving my new car home. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. It was painless, and hassle-free. I received an excellent initial price quote, which was fantastic because no one wants to haggle with a dealer trying to sell at MSRP. The rest of the sales staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend buying from Byers Ford, and Nick Borgia any more.

    Staff was very polite and prompt. They said my service would take approximately 45 minutes while I waited and it took 42. I was very pleased with my service.

    Sam is always very nice however on my last visit I was charged for an oil filter that vibrated loose. This could have easily destroyed my 5.2 Voodoo engine. After roadside assistance arranged for the flatbed they were very busy and could… not check the car until the next day. Once the work was done I was charged 120 bucks for what should be warranty work. The change was done at a dealer out of state but still a certified Ford tech / dealer. I had to call Ford customer care. On top of this they just topped off the oil and charged me for a filter even though I provided my own proper filter (they declined to use it). I cant recommend that anyone buy or use this dealership for service. We have bought our last vehicle from Byers. I hope the 120 bucks takes you far.

    2007 Ford fusion had all new front and back suspension system installed. Did excellent job. Took few days had loner car so was able to get back and forth to work. Staff was very informative and knowledge. Live my Ford. Will go see them if… other problems accrue or if want to trade in. Great Place!!! Customer for life!!! Thanks!!!

    I bought my sorento new in 2014 ,unfortunately it was hit by another car and that brought me to your body shop. The staff was real friendly and what they said they would. Did a good job on my car.I hope I never get hit again but if I do you… guys are my body shop.

    The service I received was great. The 2016 Edge I wanted was not on the lot but they were able to find one and get it ready for me the next day. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful.

    John was fantastic to deal with. When we first started the hunt for a new vehicle he let us test drive a few vehicles and go back and have a think on it. When we had decided that we were ready to finally make a purchase, John was there to… help the entire way. He communicated efficiently and made us feel valued. The staff overall at Ford were fantastic and went above and beyond!
