I had a great experience and my salesman Brynden was amazing! Best experience I’ve had at a car dealership! They kept me moving to respect my time as well! Got a beautiful maverick from them!

    I went in and they are definitely booked like most places nowadays. The quickest they could get me in was a little over a week. I left the car there over the weekend as I was leaving out of town for the week and the appt was for Wednesday. Luckily they were able to finish the work a day early and even dropped the car off in front of my house free of charge.

    I liked everything about dealing with the people at Graham Ford where I purchased my new 2024 mustang GT performance car. They were all extremely courteous and helpful and knowledgeable, and I even got to meet some of the service people who were just as great. The entire process was easy and they were extremely fair with the pricing and purchase of my trade-in. I couldn’t have been happier and this is our families third or fourth car that we have purchased at Germain Ford. The salesman and general manager are great guys and I would recommend this dealership.

    got me in got an estimate was able to continue use of vehicle in my fleet until parts and technician were both available then got me handled, thankfully even under warranty really appreciate the text feature

    I was told I couldn’t be seen until a Monday! My car broke down the Thursday before and they fixed it that next day and had it ready to go by Saturday! They were great at communicating and did a great job of taking care of me!

    I can always depend on Germain service to look out for my vehicle. They don't pressure you when they find something wrong. They look for those needed maintenance items like this time. My F150 was due for 60,000 mile check up items and they made suggestions and during routine checkups found that my battery had low cold cranking amps. I utilized the valet service for the first time! What excellent service! Door to door pickup and delivery and the drivers were courteous and very friendly. Will use this service again.

    I brought in my vehicle in on Wednesday even though I had approximately on Friday because it died and went into limp mode. Informed you service advisor the p2112 code and that it was the throttle body which we replaced before back in April 2021. They had my vehicle fixed and ready to pickup that Friday morning, I was happy to have it for the weekend. Thanks

    My 2019 F150 transmission warning illumination light activated while driving. I pulled over to a gas station and the warning disappeared. Contacted Zach at Germain on Sawmill and he recommended a diagnostic evaluation which revealed a need for transmission repair. I followed Zach’s recommendation to leave the truck in hopes of a faster repair since there were scheduling 3-4 months out. Zach contacted me and and the truck was repaired in less than a month. Thanks Zach good advice!

    While my wheel hub replacement was on backorder Zack repeatedly checked on the status. When parts finally received one it was set aside with my name on it. When I took my F150 in for service the hub couldn't be found in the parts department. Zack went on the hunt until he found it in the back room. Then Zack expedited the replacement. It was finished by noon the next day. Zack didn't quit until my service was done to my satisfaction.

    Very satisfied with this Quick Lane. Really like the appointments instead of first come, first serve. Appointment time is kept, I like the vehicle report card and service advisor, Charles Ryan, taking the time to go over each area of my vehicle. Appreciate that I can ask questions as well. On occasion, I have spoken with the mechanic since he "eyeballed" my vehicle. When I leave, I feel safe and very well informed of the current condition my vehicle is in.

    This dealership truly cares about their customers! Although we live closer to another dealership we continue to patronize Germain Ford as they have done outstanding work on our Ford F150. We have purchased 2 F150s from Germain and we are so very happy! Excellent personnel (Zach) and an amazing service department that make this dealership the place to go! We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing either a new or used vehicle!

    Had some issues with scheduling from the start, but those were reasonable speed bumps. After getting my diagnostic test done and paying for the part that had not been delivered, the next day I recieve a message that I could set up an appointment two weeks later to actually have the part replaced, that I already paid for. After questioning this they realized their mistake and made an appointment for the next day. Upon picking up my vehicle I paid again, it was strange to pay up front and again after, never done that before. When I got into my car there were crumbs everywhere, someone had clearly been eating in my vehicle! The part being replaced was done well, the attention to detail and professionalism was a complete mess. Eating in a customer's car!?! Come on man!
