I had a great experience and my salesman Brynden was amazing! Best experience I’ve had at a car dealership! They kept me moving to respect my time as well! Got a beautiful maverick from them!

Upon entering the building I was immediately greeted by a person working at the front desk who was very personable and friendly. We went over any required paperwork in a… timely fashion. As for the car, I bought it used it at a great price but the focus is junk, it runs and drives poorly, primarily at lower speeds upon acceleration. I… doubt I will ever purchase a Ford again. Too bad, I want to give the benefit of doubt to American made, but it was a mistake.Excellent Service and Great Communication!

Tyler at the service counter was very communicative and helpful in updating me on the status of my vehicle as the weeks went on. I was given a loaner vehicle… promptly with drop off and pickup service. I would return to this dealership for service and repair of my vehicle again.Oil change and check up

by Popester on 02/10/2024I was fortunate to get my F150 in because my moonroof would not close. Mike in service understood the issue because of rain coming to the area. Got it in and repaired. Thanks Not quite to my satisfaction because of a VERY pricy repair cost… $4500 not being covered by any warranty. Had to get it repaired so it closed but would not operate properly now. The first time I’ve had to decline any additional repairs. Amazing, a part of the truck that is used very few times over the life of the truck would not be covered and even had it repaired once before for similar issue. I’ll return for regular service but search elsewhere for a major repair.Top Notch Service

My 10:30 AM appt for " The Works" included oil change, tires balanced and rotated, battery tested and all fluids and belts checked. Work was started immediately and completed… way before expected. Awesome printout of all items checked. Totally recommended.Quick Lane is Just That

by Duke Sherman on 01/20/2024After recently having my engine removed and reinstalled I noticed a couple connections leaking and returned to Germain to have them looked at. I figured since the engine removal work was still under warranty and had only been a few hundred… miles since then, I should have Germain look at it first before I touched it. Was I surprised to find out that the connections were leaking due to the age of the hoses per Germain and not covered under warranty. Interesting considering these hoses were removed by Germain to remove the engine and per the Ford service manual, they were to be inspected / replaced before being putting back on. I may be biased, but it seems like if you were paying to have your whole engine removed, certain things would have been replaced at that time while you had the chance, like a $10 hose. In simpler terms, if you have to pay $1000 for a new alternator / labor, you go ahead and put on a new belt while your there even if it means having to charge the customer another couple bucks. Based on this experience I have concerns over the rest of the work performed when Germain removed / replaced my engine and whether they reused parts that they probably should not of. While I wanted to believe getting this work done at a Ford dealer would be worth the extra expense, I now question that decision. My recommendation for anyone looking to Germain for their auto repairs is to make sure that you have it in writing that all components touched shall be inspected at the time of repair and included in their warranty. That is, if Germain made the call to reuse a 200k mile old $10 hose, $1 clamp or whatever, they take responsibility for that.Always pleased senior lady

Communicated clearly about items found during inspection that need further… attention and which items were urgent and which items could wait and how long. Informed me about loyalty program points I had already accumulated and this paid for 2/3 of service invoice for that visit. Fabulous care and attention to detail.Outstanding Service and Respect!!
by John L on 01/12/2024From the start of my engine problems to the Service Staff of Gina Hughes/John Hay and GM John Martin, they worked with my extended warranty to get all of my labor and parts covered along with assisting me with a loaner car for a month. The… entire team did a great job, kept me updated and respected my time and concerns for a loaner car. I will be going back their 1st for sales and service in the future. Best in town!
