Fantastic Customer Service!!!
by happydrivers1 on 06/30/2015Fantastic customer service experience working with Mark Benver and the team at Nissan North! The Nissan North team turned what was a stressful process into an enjoyable experience! From the beginning of the process to the actual purchase,… the everyone was helpful, and very personable. Initially I chatted with Rebecca about various models on the website, and then set an appointment through Holly. Both ladies went out of their way to be helpful, responding quickly in a professional yet personable manner. Due to multiple reasons, my husband and I were under a stressful, huge time-crunch to make our purchase the evening we stopped by. The bank we did our financing through closed at 7PM, and we both did not get out of work until 5:30, giving us a mere hour and a half to drive in rush-hour traffic half-way across town to the dealership, view the vehicle, and complete the entire purchase (not an ideal situation). My husband dropped me off at Nissan North so I could handle the details there, while he quickly drove to our bank (trying to make it before they closed) to handle the finances on that end. After I explained our unique situation to Mark, he quickly assessed the needed process, and calmly expedited everything even going so far as to personably call our banker and speak with them on our behalf (with our permission since he knew my husband wasnt going to make it in time), faxing and personally texting everything needed over to our bank and obtaining the essential information for our purchase that evening. After Mark gathered all the needed documents, we relaxed while he finished up the paperwork for us. So easy! Due to Marks fantastic customer service, professionalism and promptness we were able to purchase our car that evening! So very thankful that the entire team at Nissan North was able to turn what we thought was impossible request, into a reality! Highly recommend!Great Experience! Highly Recommend!
by echump1 on 11/16/2014I was shopping for a used car for the winter and stopped in for a test drive. I've never been treated better at a dealership. These guys are fun, polite and professional. There was no b.s., no tricky sales tactics, no stress and no… games. Go to Nissan North, ask for Jon Gray. I will not waste my time going anywhere else. Visit the lot and you'll see what I mean.False Pricing Promise

After traveling to the dealership and test driving the car, we waited quite a while to receive documentation. The price promised was… 12,000.00 out the door. We were then informed with an apology, that the price would now be over 9 Hundred Dollars more the the promised price. We hope to inform others of this bait and switch (pricing) policy. Nissan North wasted out time.Awesome Experience

I went in to look around one afternoon and was treated great. I wasn't pressured or rushed and was able to see various… models/colors/etc. I wasn't harassed to buy a car that day and wasn't bothered continuously once I left. They were able to work out great financing and I came in a few weeks later to pick up the car. It was all set waiting for me and all the paper work was ready to go. It was a great experience. Fun atmosphere and great associates willing to help with anything!Disappointed Mom
by sam013 on 03/17/2014updated 06/01/2025We bought a certified pre-owned 2004 Ford Focus from Nissan North on December 20th after my college student daughter was in an accident and her previous car could not be repaired. She was excited about the new car but her father told… her it had some front end issues so if Nissan North would sell it to her for less than the listed price of $4000, she could buy it and he would fix it. Amazingly, they did reduce the out-the-door cost to $3500 and we were very happy! We were very happy, that is, until the car did not start 3 days after we purchased it. We were having below 0 degree weather in Columbus so we thought that was the problem. It continued to not start, so, after jumping it a few times, we bought a new battery. That did not work so my daughter learned how to un-hook the battery when she went to school or work. Then we bought a jump starter so she could stop un-hooking the battery. After 3 weeks of dealing with it, we took it back to Nissan North and they readily agreed to test it. We have had the car now for 3 months and Nissan North has looked at it twice. The second time they kept it for a week and they can find nothing wrong. They mentioned taking it to Ford and letting them look at it but did not follow through with that. Then they said it was the battery terminals and said they replaced them. In reality, they only replaced one side. My college student daughter now has to carry a jump starter with her at all times. Today she is out of state and cannot start it or jump it. My problem with Nissan North is that we bought the car as is but expected to be able to actually drive the car. A car cant be driven if it cant be started. Nissan told me on 2/24/14 that they were escalating the issue to another manager and they would get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard a thing. I even asked my husband to sell the car and he said he refused to sell a car with a known problem to someone else. Although that is what Nissan North did to us. If they were not aware of the problem while they had the car, the previous owner obviously did know it so it should be Nissan Norths problem as a major car dealership and should not have been dumped on a 21 year old college student who is just trying to go to school and work. We went from being excited about the car to not even liking to drive by Nissan North because, like any parent, I just want my daughter to have a reliable car to drive and she has had to resort to having to jump start her $3500 car almost on a daily basis. I am very appreciative that Nissan North agreed to look at the used car in the first place but have determined that since they bought a car with a major mechanic issue it should not be our problem and they should take the responsibility to resolve the issue.2013 Nissan Sentra SL

So thought I'd look at it as I was going to be in Columbus… on business. I did an online inquiry and the next day stopped by the dealership for a look see. I met Brian H, and so far he has been amazing. Sincere, legit, caring 'amazing', not 'Sales guy' all show, no go. Brian got me over my 'buying out of town' anxiety (I did purchase the car), and has made a personal commitment to work to assure I remain a completely satisfied Nissan North Customer as long as I own this vehicle... and I will hold him to that standard. I found the whole Nissan North leadership team (Scott, Dan, and William) exceptional, and they enabled the purchase experience to be much more pleasant than I expected. Jason P. is a very knowledgeable sales person, I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new… vehicle, he answer every question I had in detail. He also worked hard to get me into a car that matched my wants list and fit into my budget. Jason gets an A+ in all categories and ever other Nissan dealership out there should take notes from Nissan North in how to do business. Thanks Jason and Nissan North.Amazing Experience

Jason P. was the sales consultant that helped me. He was very friendly, listened to… everthing I was looking for and then sat patiently with me while we went through his inventory until I found a couple I liked. I never felt rushed or pressed into buying something I didn't want. Jason was the person I delt with the most but everyone there was very friendly. I had the Acura for 3 weeks and was in an accident and it was totaled. Because of the experience I had buying the Acura I went straight back to Nissan North and had Jason P. help me find another car. I once again had a great experience and thanks to Jason P. and everyone else at Nissan North I have yet another great car that I love.Larry W. goes the extra mile!

He took the time to fully explain everything and answer all my questions. Will definately recommend him… and come back to him if I ever need another car.
