The staff from the moment you walk in to close of your sale to the maintenance and detail shop is wonderful! This is my second VW from Germain and I won't buy one anywhere else. Nick was my salesman and he did an incredible helping us to find the exact Tiguan for us, making sure our financials were in order and our needs were met. He even took the time to chat with us and tend to the needs of my service dogs while we were waiting to sign the final papers.
