Ron Pineda took care of getting 'Ruby' to the service department for an inspection. Ron was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. The… service department inspected 'Ruby'for safety concerns and then adjusted the camera cables. When 'Ruby' was returned to me she was clean and shiny, thanks to the Detailers.Regina, it's wonderful to hear that Ron and the Germain Mazda East of Columbus team took such great care of 'Ruby'! He was ready for us when we arrived, had the car we were interested in ready for us to look at and drive and answered… any questions we had. My daughter did not know what to expect and was surprised at how smooth it went and was excited to get her car. The Finance team, Andy, was great to work with too. If I ever have a need for another car I will certainly go to Germain Mazda first. The only thing i was upset with , was that i was not given a manual for the car. We worked together, haggled, discussed issues, haggled some more, shared some laughs, haggled some more, and bonded… over common interest and then the final haggling. I have to say it was tough but I stood my ground and was pleased with the outcome.
