Germain has been servicing our current car for a number of years and they… have always treated us well. We spoke to a salesman about what we were looking for and he was quick to offer a test drive in our first choice. Our salesman made it so easy, answering all our questions and finally multiple options for financing. I am completely satisfied with the treatment I received, including instruction on the proper use of the coffee maker! Patient and Thorough Sales Experience

He was patient, kind, and gave us undivided attention as we explored the features of the vehicle. He brought in multiple color options and set up… service to install a tow hitch within 24-hours of the sale. He then came in on his day off the next day to walk my parents through the new technology of the vehicle. My parents had not bought a new car in many years - the experience with Donovan, and then with Dallah (Finance Manager), made this a wonderful experience for them.
