We were greeted by several staffers willing to assist us every single time we walked in the showroom. The environment was spotlessly clean and organized. We were offered at multiple instances, either water, coffee or popcorn. This is our third purchase from the dealership and even though we went looking for Kevin Johnson, he had left for the day but someone was still able to reach out to him at home rto tell him we were there. Kevin then referenced Ken, who even though fairly new, was very enthusiastic and motivated to make sure he won our business. We were willing to give him a shot, and sure did he deliver. He always made sure we were comfortable and kept us engaged , while shuttling between <s and hiss manager to ma(ee sure he got us the deal we wanted. He also kept his word and made sure that all our requests were made. All in all, we were very satisfied with our third purchase from Germain Kia and will alway@ go back there for future purchases.
