2025 Kia Sportage of my dreams

I really appreciated how Jesse stayed true to my needs and showed me as many… cars as I wanted to see both, finance and leasing options. In the end I walked out with a beautiful lease with a great mileage agreement that I am enjoying to this day. The entire process was very quick which was great but Jesse took the time to carefully explain everything to me and answer all my questions and he was… very transparent about everything. Same with Hunter Horn in finance. Jesse even delivered the car to me up in Dublin which is a hike from the dealership. I was dealing with a broken furnace during a cold snap and this saved me a lot of time. The only recommendation I would make is that at this location which is a Kia dealership, it is almost like they are shy about showing their new car inventory. We drove around a little, looking at… the cars on the lot and it was not until we were approached by the sales person that we understood where the new cars are kept which is behind the dealership. Once we were in the right place, it was much easier to find the car that we ultimately purchased.Thank you for sharing your experience with Germain Kia of Columbus! We're glad to hear it was positive overall and appreciate your feedback about the car display. We'll certainly take this into consideration as we strive to improve our customer experience. Drove over 2 hours for an excellent buying experience

He went over all of the detail of the car and set up the phone with the Kia App, and made sure I was… in and out within a reasonable time. He helped me transfer over my bags from my old car to the new one and didn't seem like he was rushing to get to the next sell. He was a breath of fresh air.
