The whole experience was a positive one. The only recommendation I would make is that at this location which is a Kia dealership, it is almost like they are shy about showing their new car inventory. We drove around a little, looking at the cars on the lot and it was not until we were approached by the sales person that we understood where the new cars are kept which is behind the dealership. Once we were in the right place, it was much easier to find the car that we ultimately purchased.
