Mate is the man!

He was very fast and also thorough, having me in a new car before the old one was repaired. Even after owning the car for more than 1 year, Mate showed… me a feature that I was previously unaware of, as he is very knowledgeable. He was also very patient with me and willing to do anything I asked with a smile on his face. Not planned
by MHeugel on 05/16/2024I was interested in a Kia Seltos and wanted to test drive one. I had no intentions on purchasing a vehicle the day my husband and I visited the dealership. Mate Tamas was aware of this information. He didn’t waste our time! He pulled a… Seltos from the lot and we went for a test drive. Once we arrived back at the dealership, he began asking basic questions about my future car buying plan. As we spoke, he offered a few suggestions after listening to my concerns. He even pulled a different colored Seltos from the lot. Once I saw the color and all the features the Seltos had to offered, I gained even more interest in the vehicle. In the end, I ended up trading in my Jeep for the Seltos that day. The most important aspect, I never get pressured into trading my vehicle.Thank you so much for your wonderful review and recommendation! No Hidden Agenda

We were offered water, coffee & popcorn. Mary was amazing!! She was so knowledgeable… & if she didn’t know the answer to our questions, she found an answer. She was very genuine & easy to work with. She made sure my experience of buying my first girl car was the best. She ensured my tires got filled with air, an alignment, gas in the tank & did a wipe down of the car before I left the lot. Since buying the car, I’ve had a few questions & again, she’s been outstanding. She has answered all my questions & even helped set up an appointment for my car to get in when it worked best for me. Emergency Service
by John on 05/11/2024We had to have our Kia Soul towed to Spitzer Kia as there was a weird banging sound coming from our passenger side tire. The Kia road side service was excellent! Even though they were busy in the service department when I got there with my… Kia Soul they were able to see what had happened to my car. I had pick up an truck's old mud flap with a screw in it in my tire. As the mud flap was attached to my car's tire it was making a banging sound as it was going around & around while being stuck on the tire. So the service department changed my tire for me & order a new one. The new tire came the next day & I was called immediately upon its delivery to Spitzer. Within an hour after my arrival at Spitzer I was able to drive away with the new tire on my car & the scratches on the side of the car rubbed out & the car looking great again. Thank you & kudos to the great service team at Spitzer Kia for the great service!!Thank you so much for taking the time to share this positive review, John!
