    The dealership and especially my salesperson, Bob Sager, treated me with courtesy and respect. They spent the time necessary to find out what my needs were and worked hard to fit within my budget. I love my new car and would highly recommend Bob and Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain.

    I was having a very bad experience with a few other dealerships in town and was recommended to Jeff Wyler and figured it couldn't get any worse. I was so pleasantly surprised when I went in to talk to Bridget and actually drove a vehicle so much better than I thought I could afford home! Everyone I encountered in the office was so friendly and Bridget made me feel so comfortable and helped me through what had been before a very trying experience. She made it so easy and got me a much better vehicle than I thought was possible. I had tried working with the "Buy here, pay here" places because of my credit, but they were able to get me a good loan at a good interest rate. They never stopped amazing me. The single best car buying experience I have had out of the 7 vehicles I have purchased. Thank you to Bridget and the staff on Colerain Ave! When it's time for a new vehicle I won't even think about going anywhere else!

    Ian M. was extremely friendly and reasonable with prices. You could tell he enjoys his job and cares more about just the business part. He is knowledgeable, patient, and has a good sense of humor. The staff in general at the Jeff Wyler Honda Dealership in Colerain are very friendly and want the best for their customers. I had a very positive experience and am enjoying my new 2013 honda accord. They have also always been reasonable with prices compared to other dealerships.

    Dan M. was great to work with at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain. He reviewed more in the first 15 minutes of arriving than another location I dealt with did in two separate visits. His knowledge of the Accord and desire to make our experience a simple and easy process, made the purchase decision an easy one for us. I would recommend Dan and the team at Honda of Colerain to anyone seeking a new Honda and a professional, customer focused, buying experience. Thanks again!

    The service team was friendly and knowledgeable, which is a really important thing first in the morning. They fixed my problem fast and at no cost to me, since it was a simple fix. I was pleasantly surprised at the speedy service and the kindness they showed me.

    Upon entering the dealership we were greeted right away and set up with a sales associate. Both Al and Dan were very friendly, took us on several trips testing various models. They were able to explain all the differences of not just their cars but the cars from other dealerships that they've had experience with.

    I recently bought a Honda Accord from Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain and Mark Suchanek was the sales rep. I just started car shopping for a couple of days and went by Jeff Wyler on a Sunday late morning to do some more "shopping around". After looking at their inventory Mark helped me to choose a car. Without being pushy, he convinced me to buy the car that I have now (like it!) and all the transactions including the financing was very smooth - much much better than my previous experience. I drove my car out of their lot the same day and Mark was there to help me with my purchase at every step. In these days of "customer service gone sour", Mark had a fresh perspective and was really courteous - I think that's what mattered to me the most. A car that I can buy to fit my needs and from folks who listens to their customers and are really helpful. A pleasant car buying experience, indeed. The service guys even took a look at the car (was buying a used car) and helped me understand the latest inspections that provided the "peace of mind"...holistic experience. I would come back to them for service (hopefully will get the same treatment) and for future car needs!

    I'm very happy about the 2008 Civic that I brought from Jeff Wyler Honda. I like the style of the car, the right color, the right gas mileages. I showed all my friends and they seem to like it. I love doing great businesses with Jeff Wyler and i'm looking forward into doing future business with them. This is the best running car i then brought since a very long time.

    We just bought a 2013 Honda Oddessy and we love it. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from Jeff Wyler Honda. This time we worked with Larry B. and he was very friendly and efficient. We feel good when we go to Jeff Wyler Honda because we have had very pleasant experiences every time and we trust them. The service is great and everyone is so nice. We would highly recommend them to friends and family.

    Kim was absolutely awesome! She was courteous, friendly, approachable, nice and just a overall joy to be around. She is the kind of person that you would love to have as a friend. She was the first female that I have ever worked with when buying a car and it was a great experience for me. I would not only recommend her to friends and family, I would also come back to her again and again. :

    I communicated with five other local Honda dealers before dealing exclusively with Jeff Wyler. Tom J. and Tom S. communicated via e-mail without the pressure sales for weeks and against the competition was very professional. I wanted to deal by email only and just come to the dealership for delivery. Although my wife had grave concerns and other reasons to purchase another type of car, she came around with the experience we received as well as the price. I would say that they really wanted to earn my business. Jeff Wyler had the combination of price and customer service that I would recommend that you give them an opportunity and should give them serious consideration.

    Bought a new 2013 Pilot. Spoke with Lannce H. on Thursday evening and told him what my requirements were and that I would be back Saturday morning at 9:00 AM to talk seriously. Lannce was there with a vehicle that me all our needs to test drive. After discussions about price, trad-in, color and accessories we reached agreement and we now own a beautiful 2013 Pilot (ready to pull our boat in the Spring!). Lannce and Hank were great - - very knowledgeable, great energy (and smiles) and very easy to work with>

    WOW! "World Class" customer service provided to us. Upon arriving at Jeff Wyler Honda we were meet by Ritch G. in sales. Ritch took the time to listen to our needs and wants. He explain all options and features they had available that would most suit our needs. He didn't push us and made our buying experience a great one! He is very pleasant, friendly and went way above and beyond our expectations. Being a first time buyer into the Honda family, we our proud to have driven off with a brand new "Sexy" Accord-Sport! Love it! I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle even if you don't know what you want, (like me) to make a visit to him first.     Bridgett presented a fantastic first offer very clearly with all key elements, pricing, car, and features. We agreed to a price quickly without the painful and time consuming back and forth process of arriving at a reasonable price for both the dealer and me. In the case of this dealer, they beat all offers on the model and had the model and color we wanted. The entire process was less than 1.5 hours from arriving to driving off the lot! Unbelievable!!!!!! I purchased another Honda only a month prior from another dealer, that experience was over 5 hours long and not pleasant. It resulted in my agreeing to a car less than I wanted after hours of waiting in a showroom. We drove over 100 miles to purchase from Wyler and I would and will buy from them again. From Bridgett and the sales team to the finance manager, it was a wonderful experience. The team at Wyler have two new customers for life! Honda should model other dealerships after this team.     I went after hours to get a sneak peak at a Toyota sequoia that was suppose to be on the lot. It was not on the lot however the used car team was still working late. The vehicle was at the eastgate automall and they asked if I wanted to test a Chevrolet tahoe. The wife had a hard time deciding so the next day they had the Toyota sequoia at the colerain store for her to compare. She picked the tahoe. The used car manager was the nicest person and hardest worker which is a hard combination to find these days.

    I purchased this car last month and while I was sitting in it last week in a parking lot (with no one around) the window just popped and a crack in the windshield appeared from below where it is installed. I was very upset since I knew that there was no way it was done by a rock or anything else. I brought it in to the service department not really expecting them to do anything about it. I had told a few people about it and they all said there was no way a dealership would take any responsibility from there experiences. I have to say I was greeted and told by very a very friendly person in the service department to come back and talk to the service manager. I returned in a few days and was pleasantly surprised when he informed me that it did indeed look like it may be caused from the way the windshield was installed and agreed with no argument at all to replace it. I have to say that I was amazed by this kind of treatment. I was expecting an argument based on my prior dealings with other dealerships. I will always take my car back here and I am very happy with the way I was treated. I will tell all of my friends to use this dealership for service as well as car purchasing. Thanks for restoring my confidence in car dealerships!

    I came into the dealership with my wife hoping to upgrade our 2006 Honda Civic to a brand new 2012 Honda Civic. I assumed it was going to take 3 hours to make a deal but Lance made it happen in under an hour! He was the friendliest salesman I have every dealt with in my entire life. Normally, I don't trust the salesman at all but this guy was genuine. He always looked me in the eye and was able to finance the vehicle at an affordable price. Also, he got us a killer deal on the trade-in! I will be recommending the dealership and Lance to my friends and family.

    I spent the last four days searching for the best deal on either a Honda Civic or a Hyundai Elantra. Today I got in contact again with Jeff Wyler. Conrad took great care of my fiancee and I. He explained everything in a clear and simple manner. More importantly he was friendly and great to be around. I had a deal with another dealer/salesman until their customer service drove me away. Conrad's service was above and beyond anything I had ever experienced at a dealership. We even had a moment where our brand new car wouldn't start due to a dead battery! Conrad along with Bobby's help were able to get it sorted out quickly and efficiently. Today was the last day of the month so the dealership was quite full but Conrad constantly kept us updated with the progress of our purchase as it made its way through the dealership. I will certainly buy from Conrad again. He was great to work with. Bobby was extremely helpful also throughout the process. John was our finance/business manager. I was confused about some things and got irritated but he explained everything to me and helped me understand. This was easily the best car buying experience I had. Thanks guys!

    The internet team is awesome!! I got information online about a car from Kyle and went up to see the car. Kyle, Bridgette,and Rich were all great and easy to deal with. They were able to get me the car I wanted at a good deal. They never made me feel pressured or harassed. All of the people I dealt with were great.
