by Lonnie Subler on 12/27/2023Hello car buyers, I want to give my two cents on Buds Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram in Celina, Ohio. I had recently been looking for a cheap, reliable used vehicle online. I had placed a statement and comment on Facebook about a dealership and… how annoying the virtual girl Emma was on this car dealer's site. This comment reached Buds, and I was notified and looked over their selection of used vehicles. Within 24 hours, a deal was agreed, and the car was sitting in my driveway. I asked some solid questions and felt I was told the truth with no runaround. I give five stars times two to Buds. Thank you for all that you do. I am all about customer experience along with a well-manufactured product. Here is my advice to the companies out there spending big money on advertising. Invest in customer experience service. Be a Rebel...............a Ram Rebel !!

The sales staff at Buds did a very nice job walking me through the various options and ensuring I understood… what was and wasn't included. When the truck was delivered they took the time to review and explain all the "bells, horns & whistles" once again ensuring I was comfortable prior to leaving. Great truck-as always be your own advocate
by Chrissy on 02/16/2022Chris Zibrida was easy to work with and the entire transaction went pretty smooth. I was disappointed that he wasn't entirely upfront about the vehicle's mechanical issues. I don't have a high expectation out of sales people in general,… and unfortunately this proved it again. I test-drove the truck and took it to my mechanic once I felt/heard an issue while driving it. My mechanic knew right away there was an issue with the wheel bearing. When I got back to the dealership to discuss this with Chris, he then "found it" in the paperwork. It's just super frustrating. We negotiated a lower price in regards to me having to take the vehicle right away to get the wheel bearing fixed. He also told me the brakes were at about 50%. Turns out, the brakes were completely shot also. Even new rotors were needed. Would I recommend? Sure. As far as car salesmen and dealerships go, it was a typical experience. It is a great truck for a decent price, so I have no regrets. I just wish we could normalize being completely truthful and transparent.We appreciate you taking time to let us know about your experience.
