Chris Zibrida was easy to work with and the entire transaction went pretty smooth. I was disappointed that he wasn't entirely upfront about the vehicle's mechanical issues. I don't have a high expectation out of sales people in general, and unfortunately this proved it again. I test-drove the truck and took it to my mechanic once I felt/heard an issue while driving it. My mechanic knew right away there was an issue with the wheel bearing. When I got back to the dealership to discuss this with Chris, he then "found it" in the paperwork. It's just super frustrating. We negotiated a lower price in regards to me having to take the vehicle right away to get the wheel bearing fixed. He also told me the brakes were at about 50%. Turns out, the brakes were completely shot also. Even new rotors were needed. Would I recommend? Sure. As far as car salesmen and dealerships go, it was a typical experience. It is a great truck for a decent price, so I have no regrets. I just wish we could normalize being completely truthful and transparent.
