    A friend recommended the dealer so I stopped in to test drive a 2015 GTI... They didn't have a 6spd in stock but I drove an auto and was told they'd find what I wanted. Days later my car arrived, the purchase process was easy & friendly. I am so happy with my car and both my salesman & the sales manager repeatedly said to contact them with any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealer to family & friends.

    When we first got there we were greeted by Allen a used car salesman, he was nice and answered any questions i had. Then we noticed before we left the lot that suv needed some good cleaning, mold between the seats, spilled pop in the storage compartments, and food all over. he took it across the street to the Volkswagen dealer for them to "clean" it. got it back, they left all that in it!!! and Allen told me its a used vehicle, that's all he kept saying. it may be a used vehicle but i expect it to be clean! they finally told me they will take it a professional detailing shop... what a joke i had to have them take it back when it arrived because it was still dirty inside.. so then i was in the car with Allen and i asked him about the 2005 ford mustang i traded in, and he told me that it had to many problems and that it was sent to a auction. i look on brunswick auto mart website and be hold i see the 2005 ford mustang that i traded in. so he lied straight to my face. i don't know about any one reading this but i don't like when people lie to me, especially about something stupid like what they did with my old car. he lied about that god only knows what else he would lie about just to sell a vehicle. I'm in the market to buy another vehicle but i don't think i will be going back to them all because i was lied to.. makes them hard to trust.

I know we were very busy that day with vehicle cleanings, but this is no excuse. If you bring your car back in we will be more than happy to clean it for you.     My wife encouraged me to come here, as she had for her Jeep. I was very pleased with the selection of trucks. Salesman was nice young man and go the deal I wanted.

    My daughter and I had been shopping for the right van for the right price. The pre-owned Chrysler minivan was absolutely beautiful inside and out, is mechanically in great shape too! Rovi, our salesman, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and very personable! We were extremely impressed by him as well as the whole experience from the moment we came in. Everyone was friendly and helpful! This is a dealership that certainly deserves your consideration when looking for a used vehicle! We are very happy! Just wished we had shopped here sooner!

    We had Dean Molnar helping us that day and he was excellent! They were very busy that day but with his great customer service and attention to us, you had no idea there were more than just us in there. Go see Dean, he will make sure your car shopping experience is a positive one, just like ours!

    My experience from here was amazing. My salesman did everything he possibly could to make my deal and to make sure I was happy. I would even go as far as to say Ravi was one of the better salesman I have ever talked with. The whole team however made sure I got exactly what I asked for and it was all done with grace and speed. I highly recommend this automall.

    This place did a wonderful job with selling me my new, Subaru forester. They were more than helpful and they bent over backwards to get me the deal I wanted. My sales rep, Ravi was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. And that's counting any other dealership I have ever been too. I highly recommend this place. They go above and beyond for their customers.

    Mo Hanini helped me find my car and made sure it was something I could afford and be happy with. He also went out of his way to make sure I got my plates (met me somewhere to give me my platesbbecause I was busy with work during hours that the dealership was open)

    I have never in my life had a better experience buying a car. Andy and his staff had me in and out in less than an hour, went out of their way to get me what I wanted, and provides the highest quality of service. They should be commended for their efforts, and I am forever grateful for the work that they did to provide me with the vehicle that I wanted. Excellent job guys!

    I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Impreza from Brunswick Subaru. Mike Mytro and Andy Ganda were phenomenal to work with. I have now purcahased two Subarus from Brunswick, and I would not go anywhere else!

    Great customer service! The team of salesmen and managers helped me in every way, shape and form. I am extremely satisfied and so happy that I got the car I wanted. Sales Manager Teri Mateo was excellent and so was salesman Dave Mushweck. Great people and a great dealership!!

    Had an excellent experience with this dealer. I wasn't really in the market for a new car (but really needed to upgrade from my 15 year old Corolla). The sales manager (Teri) helped me determine the best options to fit my budget and found me a car that I knew nothing about but fit all of my needs (Scion XB) and I fell in love with it! The service department has been great with maintenance and service reminders. I highly recommend this dealer!

    I did my research ahead of time. It boiled down to 2 different cars both at the complex. Both sales people I dealt with were very respectable of me and my time. It boiled down to liking one car more than the other. The sales person I ultimately bought the car from was a pleasure to work with throughout the process as well as the finance piece.

    I bought a Tiguan almost 2 years ago at Brunswick and am extremely pleased with the service and sales staff. When it came time for my daughter to buy her first car on her own, I thought we should buy from Brunswick because they are honest, fair and I know I am going to get a great price without the hassle. My daughter, however, went to another dealership in town based on information that she received over the phone regarding a VW Jetta. The deal seemed too good to be true and after spending 2 hours in the showroom, that turned out to be the case. We left the dealership feeling like we were tricked. I decided to call Brunswick VW . I spoke to the Sales Manager, John Schuerger, and explained what my daughter wanted including the features she wanted and the color and John was able to get it for her the next day with everything she wanted, at the price he quoted! The car even included the extra benefit of having Bluetooth which we weren't expecting. Even though this increased the price of the car, John didn't charge us for it because he wanted to keep his word on price. They delivered the car to my daughter the next evening-as promised. Bryan went over the financing with her and took his time to explain everything even though it was after 9:00 pm. He even was able to get her a better rate than the one she came in with! We continue to be pleased with the service we have received at Brunswick and will continue to buy cars through their dealership! Thanks to the VW staff at Brunswick! You take great care of your customers!

    Our sales person was Jane Williams. We had excellent service. She was able to get us into a deal where no other car dealers could due to our credit. We got a new 2014 Volkswagon Jetta and we couldn't be happier. We are already recommending Brunswick Auto to everyone we can.

    I just brought a new 2015 Subaru Legacy at this dealership. My agent was Eric Holley. Everyone in the dealership was very helpful. Eric did a great job. I had trouble with my financing due to credit score and they really worked hard and got me a good financing rates. We had talked all the quotation over the phone and when I went in nothing was changed and really honest team. I would definitely recommend Eric Holley and his team to friends and family.

    My family has been going to Brunswick Auto Mart for our cars for years - my recent lease is the 5th or 6th car we've gotten from this dealer. They are wonderful! Everyone there is helpful and talks to you like a human being. I worked with Josh on the lease of a Jeep Patriot and he was awesome. I have no interest in shopping anywhere else for a car!

    I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles and recommended another four over the past three and a half years. I recommend working with Brunswick Auto and Dean Molnar because both entities strive to give me what I expect and want in a vehicle. Always a great experience!

    Nick Cancelliere is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional Subaru sales consultant. He made us feel relaxed and confident that the deal will go very well. The entire process was quick and very smooth. Nick gave us an internet price by e-mail, so when we arrived at the dealership we knew what to expect. There were no surprises. In two hours we left the dealership with a brand new car and a very good feeling. Thanks Nick for your help and kindness. We highly, highly recommend Brunswick Subaru, Nick Cancelliere and the rest of the team, who are very nice, and professional people.

    I went to Brunswick with a specific unit in mind. I wanted a Ram 1500 Crew Cab with a diesel engine. These are rare units, but Matt, Sam, and Chris all worked to find me the right truck and I couldn't be happier. These guys rock and cant go wrong shopping here!

    I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart from the dealer here. This car was a nightmare from the day I got it. Brunswick auto mart did not want to listen to me or help me at all. Within the first 30k miles my car had been back to the service garage almost ten times for major electrical issues and motor issues with this vehicle. When I would bring my car in I was often treated like an idiot and nothing was wrong with my car. After numerous attempts at fixing the dealership offered to sell me a new car and roll in a ton of negative equity on a new vehicle. They would not even sell me the extended warranty stating that I did not need it. After my experience at this dealership I will never come back here. I will also never own another dodge or Chrysler product. The salesmen here seem very clueless about their vehicles and how to conduct business to a person. Do not buy a car from here you will be disappointed. Also the service center was very poorly handled. My vehicle was never actually fixed correctly.
