I don't feel pressured to buy any unnecessary service or products. My… appointment was handled immediately upon arrival and I didn't have to wait long for it to be completed. I was not only treated professionally but, as always, in a friendly manner. When I wander through the show room while waiting for my truck, everyone is welcoming and humor is always present. At age 76, they said I still look good in a Corvette. Like I said, humor is always present. My service agent was very pleasant and gave me some money saving ideas for future service. I'm comfortable here.We are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything additional we can do for you.

Vehicle service
by SaragAG on 11/25/2022Made appointment for 8am, dropped vehicle off. Was told it would be about a hour and half. Had family member pick me up so that I could do some work. Called around noon, and was told technician would be looking at it after lunch.… Finally pick up vehicle after 3pm. Was told because I left the vehicle it was not worked on. Will not be bringing my vehicle back to Wahlberg Chevrolet. So many other dealers in the area. Also phone system is not friendly.Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. Service, Repair and Problems
by Matthew on 10/19/2022Since the dealership transferred from Firment to Walburg, it has gone down the crapper.. My vehicle displayed error codes for a known TSB or technical service bulletin. But upon the "dealerships" diagnosis they cannot fix the issue unless… another code is found, which they said wont show up because of my battery, it isnt charged.. Mind you it is only a 10 month old battery, the dealership claims it was bad, and needed replaced.. I took possession of the car, after paying my bill, and had the battery tested 3 times independently from 3 different places including AAA who installed the battery, and wouldn't you know it, a perfectly good battery.. Smells like Dealer scams to me.. So i placed a call to the service manager, and his response "i stand behind our techs and equipment" "place your battery on a trickle charge see if the problem returns" call ended.. So I know the problem persists based on code pulling, so now the dealership can get two deductible payments on the extended warranty that was sold at the time of vehicle purchase. So I get screwed either way.. And to think while this car was in the service bay i almost signed to buy a new car, but declined the sale ASAP after this debacle.. It is very hard to find an honest dealer and honest work. Wont return there for service or sales, unless this gets rectified. Actually if this has happened to me i bet it has happened to others, these instances is how class actions get started. Never had this issue when it was Firment.Matthew, thank you for leaving us feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a positive one.
