    Purchased a certified pre owned car that was initially unsafe to drive. Had the vehicle in 3 times whithin 3 months for service. After market parts were used in one of the initial repairs. Both Ken Ganley and BJ Holmes (the GM) can only offer an apology and say that some vehicles get overlooked. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere but ANY Ganley for your used vehicle purchase!

    I am a repeat customer at Ganley jeep because of the way that you are treated by the sales staff especially Steve Glova. The knowledge that he has for the products and explain everything in and easy way and also getting a good price for the trade

    The salesperson who assisted me was Don but everyone at Ganley of Aurora was friendly, helpful, and personable. Any and all questions I had were answered. They even made sure to cover things I might not have thought of but other customers asked before. They were very patient and stayed late on Saturday night in order to complete my trade in and new purchase. This was my first car purchase and I have nothing but glowing remarks for Don and the rest of the Ganley of Aurora dealership.

    Stephanie and Kenny made he process of buying easy. I live in Tennessee and we were able to get everything done with me 500 miles away so when I was in town for vacation I was able to walk in, sign papers and head home to spend time with my family. I seriously had never experienced such an easy purchase this big. Highly recommend working with both of them and the entire Ganley family to buy your next car!

Don made things as easy as possible, answered all of our questions, and provided helpful suggestions of things to consider. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.     I was interested in a Jeep Cherokee Laritude I came across online, so I wanted to test drive the car. Went to the dealership was looking around for someone to assist us and we came across Bruce. He was very knowledgeable and kind, he was just like family and helped me with everything I needed and made buying a car a great experience. I would definitely recommend Bruce to anybody looking to get a car at Ganley.

    We purchased a 2012 VW Jetta and our salesman assured us the vehicle had received it's 40k mile service. This was a blatant lie. The service was not performed, the car did have an oil change with the WRONG oil, and the brakes did not meet state inspection requirements. We finally got them to fix the brakes, but we never apologized to for being treated so poorly or for the $493.50 we had to pay to have the vehicle properly serviced. While the car was on their lot waiting to be repaired, it was left unlocked and unsecured. They will say anything to get you to buy a car, and then do absolutely nothing to stand behind it!
