The tire had to be fixed due to a screw that was found in the tread. The cost to fix was reasonalble.Thank you so much for your 5-star review! Tire Gaurentee
by Bob B on 12/19/2020Rhonda went above and beyond to help me out with a flat tire. I had purchase a tire warrantee when I purchased my truck from "another" nearby Chevy Dealership. I had a sudden issue with a screw in the side wall of my tire and I called the… dealership to see if they would be able to put on my spare and get the tire repaired. When I called upon Rhonda she was able to get the problem taken care of in a very timely fashion on a Saturday afternoon and I was drove out of there in a very timely fashion. The spare was put on the vehicle and in under 48 hours I had a new tire. What a pleasurable hassle free experience and the spare was even returned to the underside of the truck. Fast forward to the Dealership 15 minutes west where the truck was purchased and another flat tire, I had the pleasure of dealing with someone who obviously did not like their job. I can not say I will be bothered with this dealership any more. Thank You Spitzer for a pain free hassle free service call!
