Best car buying experience I have EVER had!!

The sales manager Jason Eyman was great and so was the salesman, Austin Loudermelt, that I had the pleasure to deal with. They were not pushy, took their… time, answered my questions and were just extremely kind and helpful. I was in a stressful situation because I hadn’t planned on buying a car, but my car needed an expensive repair that wasn’t worth fixing. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Austin Loudermelt! I would also buy from them again! Trust me! Enjoyable car buying experience
by Barbara Bower on 02/13/2023This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were personable and had the car washed and a full tank of gas before I drove it off the lot. The dealership had changed out all brakes and rotors, oil change, checked tires and… other assorted items before putting it on the market. When I left the dealership something started to make noise under the car. I promptly returned it to have them look at it. It was immediately taken into service and looked at. The minor issue was taken care of within 10 minutes. It is refreshing to find a dealership that truly cares about their customers! Called and talked to Jacob Solanics. I had 2 pristine vehicles to trade in and Jacob was very receptive… with that. He made me an initial phone offer and after I drove down we finished the deal. Through out the whole process Jacob was very professional and easy to talk to. I’m about 150 miles away from the dealership and was given a loaner car to get home.
