Car repair/detail
by Khuskey89 on 11/19/2023Everytime we take our vehicle in to be serviced we always have issues and then feel like we're being blamed for their mistakes on our vehicle. There are 2 different discrepancies between the serviced department and us the owners. We do not… feel comfortable enough to return to this place of business once we get our vehicle back for good. I will say that some of the issues were taken care of after mentioning our concerns. This has been an on going issue with the same service department and being verbally attacked by a family member of the dealership since we bought our 1st car from from. I will say that Jessica had our best interest, the entire time she was managing the oversee of our vehicle. She answered all of our concerns and even when we were a bit overwhelmed with the details at times, she didn't give into our frustration and treated us very well. She went above and beyond for us and rod helped fix the concerns we had as well.Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Great and thorough service

Flood fix

4 New tires/front end alignment

Problems with panoramic sun roof “trim”

Note to others: if you hear a strange noise coming from the space between the sun shade and the sun roof, take it to the dealership, do not open anything. There is a piece of… plastic “trim” (not covered by the Platinum warranty ) that is held up by 4 pieces of 1” x 1” double sided tape, about 8” by 2’ that has failed twice.Hi Michael, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
