Beyond that, he takes personal pride in the services they provide,… often stepping up to make sure your needs are met and expectations exceeded. I can't say enough about the confidence he inspires and it's through my interactions with him that AutoNation Ford Amherst can be assured I will be returning there for my future service needs. I didn't expect his level of service from a dealership service department, and it's nice to see AutoNation hires qualifies, knowledgeable and personable people like Jason who focus on customers as individuals whose needs he is trusted to fulfill. Not Satisfied
by John Watkins on 11/03/20201.Found the vehicle I wanted online and agreed to pay the asking price in cash on 9-29-20. 2. Did not receive paperwork (hard copy) until 10-20-20. Information and communication from AutoNation and Maverick Signing was inaccurate and not… consistent. 3. Calls and complaints to the corporate office went unanswered. 4. From the time they received my check it took them 9 days to deliver my truck to me. 30 days after I agreed to pay cash. 5. Before I received paperwork I was notified by AutoNation that the price had been reduced. That price reduction was never honored. 6. The reason I did not fly to Cleveland to pick up the vehicle is because I did not want to put 1700 miles on it right off the bat. AutoNation put 500 miles on it at some point from the time they said they had it "put aside" for me to the time I got it. I don't find it to be a coincidence that the General Manager's cell phone was programmed in the vehicle. 7. All in all a terrible experience. I do not understand why they advertise that they can make long distance deals if they can't do better than this.John, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Ford Amherst. I also had a problem with the coating on the driver's window switch that was sharp and causing finger pain when I opened / closed the window. I was taken care of by Ryan. He was polite and… considerate and patient with my questions. I was taken on time and shown to a comfortable waiting area. Ryan took care of the recall. He had to order a part for the switch so he made a temporary fix to the switch so it could no longer cut my finger. Ryan is an asset to Autonation.Mary, we are glad Ryan could help!
