Dealership Service Review
I originally brought my car in for the complimentary car inspection I received via email. When I dropped it off, I was told it would be a one hour wait. Because my ride was still there, I told service I had a ride. We went out to eat, 45 minutes passed, and my ride dropped me off. I waited. When it was a total of 1 1/2 hour, I informed service I needed to leave because I had to watch my great grandchildren. Fifteen more minutes passed, and I said I needed to leave now, and I needed my car. Before I left, I was given a complimentary oil change because service did not want me to have a "bad experience." The following week I scheduled the oil change and inspection. I waited about 1 1/2 hour for the service. I believe service thought I was just dropping off the car the first time and not waiting, and this was the reason for the lengthy time. It was not services fault. I feel Auto Nation's service department went the extra mile to make my experience a better one the second time. I really felt that the Auto Nation Ford in Amherst service department cares about their customers. I am very pleased with their service and care.
