    I originally brought my car in for the complimentary car inspection I received via email. When I dropped it off, I was told it would be a one hour wait. Because my ride was still there, I told service I had a ride. We went out to eat, 45 minutes passed, and my ride dropped me off. I waited. When it was a total of 1 1/2 hour, I informed service I needed to leave because I had to watch my great grandchildren. Fifteen more minutes passed, and I said I needed to leave now, and I needed my car. Before I left, I was given a complimentary oil change because service did not want me to have a "bad experience." The following week I scheduled the oil change and inspection. I waited about 1 1/2 hour for the service. I believe service thought I was just dropping off the car the first time and not waiting, and this was the reason for the lengthy time. It was not services fault. I feel Auto Nation's service department went the extra mile to make my experience a better one the second time. I really felt that the Auto Nation Ford in Amherst service department cares about their customers. I am very pleased with their service and care.

    I recently purchased a used 2020 Ford Escape. My salesperson was awesome and the vehicle was more then I could've asked for at an amazing price. I have never had a vehicle with so many features. About the only thing it doesn't do is cook and serve you breakfast...although I haven't read the owner's manual so it might. Seriously though, from start to finish I was out of the dealership in less than 3 hours.

    The service on the vehicle was relatively quick and properly repaired. They kept in contact with updates on the repairs while the vehicle was being serviced. The estimate I was given was approximately 50 dollars more expensive than the quote however, thankfully I had enough to cover it.

    Hands down, the best car buying experience. We worked with Jeff Wells as we ordered a brand new Ford Bronco. Jeff is incredibly honest, transparent, and properly managed our expectations.     They are very nice to work with, no gimmicks. No markups. Give more than fair trade in value and honor discounts on new vehicles. They have my business for life. Other dealers are taking advantage of short supply. They are treating customers as business as usual. The supply will increase again and customers will remember who was fair during these times and who were GREEDY!

    First oil change on my new 2022 Explorer ST. David Bailey was my Service Adviser. David did a great job. His communication was top notch. He answered all my questions (and there were a lot) quickly and accurately. He even got the ST washed for me. This is a great dealership with a great staff and David is one of them.     AutoNation Ford in Amherst has 2 more satisfied customers! That's a total of 4 from our family! Jeff Wells is the our go-to guy! Not only did he help get our son get started on the right track with his 1st vehicle a few years ago, but DJ is now in his 2nd one with Jeff, a brand new Ford EcoSport! Jeff also helped get my mom into a safe & reliable vehicle (a Ford Escape) a few months ago! So, it only seemed natural for my me & my husband to talk to Jeff about trading in our 4 year old Kia Soul. What a fantastic surprise when we drove home in TWO brand new Ford EcoSports this past Saturday! Thank you for everything Jeff!
