Excellent Service from Shawn at AutoNation Amherst

WOW. After being "ghosted" by Ford's Roadside Assistance, Shawn V. at AutoNation Amherst came to the rescue. Yes, I waited over waited 6 hours for Ford's Roadside Assistance and then they said they could not come until the next day ...and then... they canceled. Who does that? Look closely at Shawn--there is a halo over his head. He is an angel. I think if he ever leaves or retires, I will sell my car and go back to horses. No one can even come close to the customer care that he provides. He should hold a class on customer service and invite Fords Roadside Assistance. They could learn a lot from Shawn. Thank you Shawn.
