Don’t bother.
by Robert Schimschack on 01/11/20242021 traverse dark cherry-Car was dirty inside, large gouge in r rear quarter panel need paint work , 2 dents in hatch, scuffs on driver side that need buffed out, r rear passenger door had scraps . I stopped looking after that . Never… really looked at inside or rest of car . Used sales manager came out and thought the dealership could fix for 225$ per panel. While there u had a quote from a body shop of 3800$ seeing the damage Thu FaceTime - Definitely wasn't what the pics on the website showed . None of this was mentioned to me before driving to look at itBuyer BEWARE
by Beware on 03/18/2019I am 72 years old and have bought dozens of cars in my life. My credit score is 849 and my IQ is 138. I am not an idiot! I saw this car ad (2015 BMW X1 Xdrive28i) on Edmunds and was surprised by the low price. I am very familiar with this… auto, since I presently own the same model and year and love it. I currently live in AR and this car was located in Akron, OH, so all of my contact with the dealership was via phone and email. It took nearly 2 weeks to finally get a sales contract even though I had agreed to the Edmund's advertised sales price, document fees and temporary tag cost from the get go. I had to deal with 3 sales people and 2 managers to finally get the deal done. I flew up the following week, expecting all of the paper work being done and ready for me to sign, NOT! The sales person I ended up with claimed he sent me a Carfax report. NOT! On my own, I had gotten a VIN report online showing no accident reports. On inspection it was obvious the car had been hit on the passenger rear quarter panel. I requested a copy of the Carfax report he claimed he had sent me and sure enough it showed not one but two accident reports. Now, I understood why the price was so low! The damage was cosmetic, so I decide to proceed with the deal, though not happy! When I was presented with the documents to sign, they tried to change the price of the deal I originally agreed to. The deal which should have taken 30 minutes max. to complete ended up taking over 4 1/2 hours. I ended up having to threaten them with a lawsuit to finally get the deal I had agreed to. My recommendation: Avoid this Dealership like the PLAGUE!2016 Ford Fusion

You can tell he is very compassionate about his job and he… wonâÂÂt stop til he finds you the right vehicle for all of your need. He even took the extra time to change my language in my car from French to English.working with us

He answered all of my questions, and he wasn't pushy when I decided to sleep on if I wanted the car. When I decided to buy the… car, he was very helpful and patient with me during the sale. I would recommend North Coast Auto Mall of Akron. I would also recommend working with Mark Buskirk also.DO NOT GO HERE!
by JJak330 on 02/05/2018The car I was going to see was a mustang convertible, beautiful car and I was already sold. Trying to work with Moe was a different story... His lack of enthusiasm and poor salesmenship was off-putting, he had no clue about the car he was… trying to sell and straight up lied many times (acting like he was calling the previous owner was a funny one). The car was in accident which was not a big deal but the car shook at higher speeds which made it clear something was wrong. I spoke with an experienced collision mechanic while test driving the car who told me it was a big red flag and offered to take a look at it for free and even fix any issues for free due to my interest in the car and relationship with said mechanic. When told this Moe refused to even consider it and offered to "fix" the problem so he could sell it to me that day. He had no idea what the issue was but tried to BS me into thinking it was just a tire problem. The car was overpriced for the area we were in and he wouldn't budge on price and even tried to give me a super low price for my trade in. I found the same exact car in Florida for the same miles for $2,000 less than they were selling for in Ohio. I could have flown down got that car and drove it up and saved more money than if delt with Moe. Be careful dealing this this kind of saleman; [non-permissible content removed] sure. ***UPDATE*** Moe just called me to try and get me to take down this review. He tried to make it personal and clearly has issues. They probably should have told him to not to pick fights with customers, I will tell everyone about this experience. ******DO NOT DEAL WITH MOE!!!2014 Ford Escape

by skaternot on 07/27/2015I found out about North Coast Auto Mall through a friend last September and have since worked with a gentleman by the name of Nick Ciocanelea who is a superb Sales Professional. I've now bought 3 cars with his help - the first time I spent… a week looking all over the area visiting different dealerships to find the right car and price. I then went on the spur of the moment to NC Auto Mall and met Nick - he showed me 3 options that fit my criteria and pointed me to one in particular above the other two giving me tips as to why he would recommend the one over the others. He sold me on it and in 9 months I've put 27K miles on the car and am loving it!! Fast forward to the start of June, my son needed a car as he had just graduated from school and had got a job in Rochester NY. I had him do some homework and he found a number of cars at different dealerships - we went and checked them out. Neither one of us was excited about what we saw. I called up Nick and took my son to meet him. Within 3 hours we were done and my son was thrilled with his new car. Have another son who needs a car for school (our old one just died that the kids had been using) so without looking elsewhere I called up Nick and that night I was driving home a car that beat any other deals that my other son had been able to find (he looked for a day and a half before I was able to point him to North Coast Auto Mall). He and my wife are very happy with the resulting car that I picked out (my wife is a little jealous). Thanks Nick!!
