My purchase experience of 2015 Toyota Highlander
by Shellie on 03/30/2019I was hindered in my search for a new to me car by having to care for my mother, who has severe dementia, and is no longer portable. I found the ideal Highlander in Boone but was not able to travel to see it. Modern sent a driver to Boone,… got the car and returned that afternoon. Inspected, Certified and detailed the car in two days and scheduled the test drive and transfer, for after 6pm, when I could arrange a sitter for mom. They went the extra mile to make things work for me and I greatly appreciate it.I love my awesome RAV4 Adventure!

Buying an SUV at Modern Toyota

Within a few minutes I got a call from Allison. She is the reason we drove up. She asked all the right… questions and found out exactly what I wanted. She made an appointment for us to test drive the SUV I wanted. We drove up and met Justin who took us on a test drive, showing us all the features of the RAV4 and how to access them. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. His enthusiasm for this SUV made us really want to get it. He introduced us to Susan who immediately went to work on the papers and clearly explained everything to us. It was a joy to interact with her. By the way, who is the man at the front who is always there to greet everyone and find whoever anyone is trying to find. He's terrific. He made us feel welcome. I have only been in a few dealerships, but I have NEVER been treated so well.Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know how happy you are with your experience! They take the stress out of buying and trading a car

It was effortless, I called up and spoke to a dealer and told them what I was interested in and what I was willing to pay for it… and in a few minutes they called me back with an offer that was good enough that I didn't need to waste time haggling. I had already priced the truck online and the price they gave me up front was what I felt the fair market value to be. No muss no fuss. My salesman was friendly and knowledgable, he explained everything to me. Later after I had gotten home I had questions and I texted him and he immediately answered my questions. Again, no stress. And I also like that both times I've been up there that Modern has been VERY fair with my trade in.Thank you for reaching out!
