  • Great Customer Service

    I had a very pleasant buying experinece this past Saturday at Modern Nissan in Winston-Salem. I had an appointment set up and when I arrived they were ready for me. Mercy was my Sales rep and she did an outstanding job making the whole… experience one of the best I had ever had and I have purchased over 15 vehicles over time. She had the truck there for a test drive, answered all my questons and took as much time as I needed.No pressure, no hurry up to get to the next customer. 100% of her time was on me, the customer. The no haggle internet pricing made the most worriesom part of the process a non-event. The price was set and we went throught the paperwork of purchase quickly. Even the financing was easy and the documents were ready when I was. Finally, Mercy made a statement I won't forget, she wasn't just the sales person, she would be with me throughout the life of my truck for any issue, question or need. That was impactful and I will certainly take her up on that if I ever need some help.

    I love going to a dealership where you don't feel pressured. Elizabeth Hood was awesome to work with! Courteous, thoughtful & knowledgeable; she felt like family before we were ready to close the deal. I would highly recommend this… dealership if you're in the market for an automobile.

    I purchased a 2015 Murano from Mercy Mitchel at Modern Nissan. She was very helpful and knowledgeable . She made a since effort to find us the car we were looking for. Upon delivery, the car was clean and ready to go.

    I love my 2015 Nissan Sentra and I am enjoying it. Immediately entering the door, I was welcome and greeted with a friendly smile. My salesman, Mr. Pernell Callahan was very professional and went out of his way to make me welcomed. He… knows his job very well and answered all of my questions about picking and buying a Nissan. I left very pleased and happy. With Mr. Callahan's help, I was glad that I chose a Nissan Sentra.

    I have spend several days looking for a right car in many dealerships, and Modern Nissan is the best. The sales person Elizabeth Hood was very enthusiastic and responsible. I am a foreigner and not quite good in English, she explained… nearly everything for me patiently. Good experience.

    I went to Modern Nissan on a recommendation from a coworker. It was my first time buying a car and I was bracing for the salespeople to try and sell me something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Imagine my surprise when I got Elizabeth… Hood instead! Elizabeth really took the time to talk to me and find out what I was looking for within my budget. When I found out that the cars I had been eyeing online had already sold, she found another one that was similar and brought it out for my test drive. When it came time to determine the payments and financing, Elizabeth was really patient while I asked a bunch of questions and spent a few minutes calling people for a second opinion. By the end of my visit, I felt more like I was dealing with a friend than a salesperson. Thanks to Elizabeth's amazing customer service, I managed to take home a car that I love without going over my budget. Thank you for making my first car buying experience a great one!

    We have visited many dealerships over the last few months looking not just for the right vehicle, but for the right experience. Our Sales Person, Elizabeth Hood, took time to make sure we were comfortable with not just the price, or the… vehicle, or the process, but also with Modern Nissan and its great staff.     This was my first car buying experience and I have to say Modern Nissan made it a painless one! The moment we walked onto the lot we were greeted with a smile by Dylan Mounce, who was positive, professional, and patient. When we arrived it… was with the sole intention of looking around, but thanks to Dylan’s drive and helpfulness I drove off the lot that evening with a new Nissan Rogue! He made us feel at ease and did not pressure anything. Dylan listened attentively, focused on assessing what I really wanted and needed, and then took the action to make it happen! It was clear Dylan has great knowledge Nissan’s current inventory and has a customer centered focus. Dylan was professional but made it a fun and comfortable experience at the same time. He ensured he showed me everything I needed to know about the car and I could not be happier with my purchase and first car buying experience!

  • Worth the drive!

    Well this was my first car purchase from a dealership. We all have heard and read the horror stories so I was a pretty nervous. I was especially nervous because I drove 2 hours after work to get to Modern Nissan! I spoke with a lovely lady… named Lacy throughout the day and we came to an agreement on price and I kept my fingers crossed that the car would be available by the time I arrived at 7pm. Even though they close at 8pm they were very warm and welcoming when I arrived. The manager Keith was wonderful! I had the pleasure of working with the top salesman Joe J. He was very friendly, honest and trusting. We test drove the car, chatted a bit and then the time came to discuss numbers. He went to talk to Keith and all I was thinking was Lord please don't let him return with a number higher than what I was told prior to coming because I will surely drive back home without the car. I must say I was more than pleased and impressed when Joe came back with the EXACT number Lacy and I discussed! Not one dollar more. I must admit I fell in loveee with this whole team. The experience was a breeze. My father says it is the best experience he has ever had with dealerships. I got my ideal car for the best price on the market. I got it for about $6000 under MSRP price. Also, Reggie in the financing dept was very friendly as well. They are truly killing the competition! Believe me I am a real person and I had real concerns that were silenced the second I arrived. Good luck with your purchase of a Nissan. For me, I will always purchase with Modern Nissan, specifically in Winston Salem, because of my experience there. Thank you Joe, Keith and Reggie and the whole Modern Nissan Team! Merry Christmas! I am going to copy and paste this on every single place I can rate you! :)

    This place is awesome. We found the car that we wanted online and sent a request. The internet sales manager (Laci) replied within a few moments even though it was Sunday and the dealership was closed. When the internet sales manager got to… work on Monday she followed through and found the vehicle we were talking about and made an appointment for us to come in. We changed the appointment and made it there earlier and when we arrived the vehicle was in front of the dealership with our name on it, waiting on us. The whole process didn't take long at all. We had to wait the longest for the vehicle to be buffed and cleaned on last time. The paperwork and all of that was quick and easy. Kevin H was a great salesperson and helped tremendously. He helped and set the Bluetooth up for my wife before we left. He was great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a Nissan.

    I found an Altima on the Modern Nissan site and went in to speak to Steve and Ron. I spent about 30 minutes at the dealership and and had written quote for a great price below MSRP. I told Ron that we would like to purchase the vehicle that… afternoon. We came in around 6:30 and everything was ready to go and were on the road with out new car 45 minutes later. Thanks Guys!

    I requested an online quote on a 2011 Murano AWD SL with specific packages. I specifically requested NO TELEPHONE CALLS. The first two attempts to contact me were telephone calls. When information was sent online it concerned a FWD S. I… never did receive an online quote. It is difficult to deal with a "sales person" who does not listen!
