    I want to thank Ron Long for helping me out out getting my 2011 Nissan pathfinder couple days ago. The SUV was in great condition and well kept up with maintenance compare to others I seen at different dealers. Most important Ron made me… and my family felt very welcome while we were there. I have to say, this is the first and best experience I had purchasing a vehicle at a dealership.

    My wife and I found a truck on the net we liked and set up an appointment. Our salesman was Joe Pierce. Talk about a low pressure friendly environment. We talked on our test drive and just hung out while all the paperwork was being… processed. Smooth, easy, dare I say enjoyable? Just a great car buying experience.

    Kudos for Collins McGee. Sarah and I bought a 2013 Rogue in Sept. 16. A red 2012 Juke caught our eye late Dec. 16. We are senior Citz, so we decided to be a little foolish and buy the red Juke. Having a wonderful time !!!!! Thanks… Modern Nissan.

    Collins Mcghee scheduled an appointment for touch up on our 2012 Red Juke. Not only did we get super service and great cup of coffee, but our gas tank was topped off !!!! What a consideration !!! Yay for Modern Nissan family !!!!

    After having a poor experience with another Nissan dealer I was referred to Modern Nissan through a work contact. I found the vehicle I was interested in on their website and began communicating with the internet manager by e-mail. We… were able to agree on a price and arrange for financing at an excellent rate before I even left my house. I drove five hours to pick up my new truck. Once at the dealership my wife and I were assisted by Kelly Dempsey. Kelly was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. She guided us through the purchase process with ease. Every detail that had been worked out ahead of time was honored. I was offered additional services, but never pressured. In the end I got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Had I used my local dealer I would have paid several thousand dollars more. My ten hour round trip was well worth it to buy from Modern Nissan!

I really felt that she wanted help me instead of saling a card that's is very important in this business where hundreds of options are readily available.     Ive been trying to help my friend find the right car for about 4 months we have been to carmax and multiple dealerships around the area. This was by far the best in terms of customer service, the staff was friendly and not pushy. When we… started looking at the cars our salesman Carlos Hicks was very kind and was also honest and helped us find the best car that was in our price range. We werent pressured into finding a car and helped us find the best way to finance it. This was by far the best experience we have had a dealership.

    Mercy Newsom was very professional, without sales pressure, and very patient with me answering all of my questions, as well as following up with me. Terrelle Miller, in the finance department, was very professional, friendly and organized… too. All of the staff was very welcoming. I highly recommend Modern Nissan. I've bought many cars over the years and this was, by far, the best experience!
