    Efficient professional service. I have been taking my car to this dealership for six years. Although I could probably get the work done more inexpensively, I trust the employees to take care of my car in an honest manner.

  • Service was efficient despite computer glitch

    The service department was very efficient. Somehow the computer system did not have my scheduled appointment, but I did receive emails reminding me of the appointment. Since there were cancellations, they took care of my oil change, checked to see if my tires needed rotated, and did a 26 point inspection. Very pleased with the outstanding service, in spite of the computer glitch!

    Your service technician Aaron was excellent. Attentive to my needs and handled my visit with the type of consumer service more operations should employ. I appreciated everyone whom was involved, from the person who set my appt. to the individual that ordered the needed part for me. All in all a pleasurable experience.

    I did not have the Truck Buying run a round from The Managers or Sales Staff. Straight up and honest. Start to finish FIVE STAR.!!! I thank and will see this dealer again. Recommend the experience for anyone one who wants treated right the first time and every time..

    We found that dealing with Southern Pines Chevrolet Buick was a very good experience. This was our 3rd auto purchase from this dealer, so we felt comfortable with going back there. Bobby, our sales rep was very knowledgeable and efficient in handling the transaction. We are satisfied with the whole experience. We have always found their Service Department to be very good and by making an appointment, we have never had to wait to get the vehicle in.

    Decided to book an appointment with this dealership to have my brakes inspected. I booked my appointment 3 weeks ahead using their online appointment link. I received a call a couple of days later to verify my appointment. When I arrived at the dealership, I didn't know where to go and ended up at the parts counter. The guy at the parts counter told me to see the guy with glasses who had ignored me when I came in the door. So when I approached him he seem annoyed and asked me what I needed and what kind of car I had. I told him my name and that I had an appointment today at 10:00. He looked on the schedule and did not see my name but told me he would work me in. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT but yet he would work me in. He walked with me to my car, looked my tires, and sat in my car without saying a word to me. He walked back to his computer and looked up my name and saw that I was on the schedule for the previous Saturday. Without saying a word to me, he gave another service guy my keys and told him that he had scheduled me for Saturday. The new service guy was completely rude to me the whole time and acted like I was bothering him. He said he would TRY to work me in and that it would be 3:00pm (this was 10:00am) before anyone could inspect my brakes. All I wanted was for someone to LOOK at my brakes to see if they needed changing. WHY was this going to take 5 hours? I told him to just give me my keys back and I would take it somewhere else. In this bad economy you would think people would try their best to make and keep customers. I guess they must not need the business!

    Best sales staff I have ever purchased from but the managers are something else. Only issue I have had was purchasing my 3rd car. I was offered 25% of the values that edmunds and Kbb said my car was worth. Sad thing is that I purchased my vehicle from them! Like I said the sales, service and support staff are top notch.

    I had my 2013 Silverado serviced and they did a terrific job!! Their quality of work was awesome and perform my truck maintenance within the time-frame they told me. They were all friendly and very considerate of all the customers. Thanks so much for what you did for me in giving quality work to my my truck. You get 10 stars from me!!!!!

    This dealership really does have a home town feel to it. There was never any pressure to buy. Charlotte, my Sales Associate was very knowledgeable with all the equipment on the Impala and made sure all my questions were answered. I was on a tight schedule but everyone from the Sales Manager, David to David in Finance made the purchase happen quickly, especially since the car I wanted was located in Georgia. Outstanding, Exceptional and Professional are the words that truly define this dealership.

    I just purchased a 2014 Sonic RS and my experience with Southern Pines Chevrolet Buick GMC was excellent. The staff was informative and extremely helpful and worked to get the car I wanted at the price I was looking for. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a new or used car.

    The service department at this dealership provides great service and always goes the extra mile when it comes to taking care of their customers! They even call to check and see if you have any service needs if it has been a while since your last service. I have always been very pleased with both the quality of the service performed and the friendly attitude of the service staff.
