by jroberts83 on 06/04/2015I had a great experience at Westgate. I came in with a car and amount in mind, and I left driving the exact car I wanted within my original budget. With Richard Grizzard's help, I even got some of the additional features I wanted included… in that price. I will say, however, that I did spend more of my afternoon there than I had expected, but again, Richard was very helpful in explaining where we were in the process and I think he was doing what he could to keep everything moving on track. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and with all the folks there who helped ensure I drove away happy.Salesman Tom Mascia

We had already researched the car we wanted and Richard provided additional information that helped to… "seal the deal". Richard was very honest and sincere and worked with us to obtain the terms we agreed upon for our purchase. We really felt that he was concerned more with us being pleased with the purchase more than just making the sale. We really appreciated Richard taking the time to explain the various features of the Jeep as well as helping set up the Uconnect system. We also appreciate that Richard was respectful of our time and worked quickly to have our questions answered.I'm happy

He also left no question unanswered and if he didnt know the answer (it being to the decaison of somebody of else), he found out as quick… as possible. One thing I valued most was his Honesty!!! He really kept it Real and just for a lack of a better expression, "held my hand". You guys have a Gem there. Keep it up Marcus!Aneta was awesome!

by skeichan on 06/06/2015My mom and I just both bought Jeeps from Sam A at Westgate. Right off the bat, he was super helpful and knowledgeable about both jeeps we were interested in. My family and I have been to the other "5 Star Rated" dealerships, and it was a… total waste of time, the guy acted like he didn't even want to sell me a car. But at Westgate Sam treated us like too customers the entire time, EVEN when we were late and had to come buy basically at closing time. He stayed until he was the last one on the lot to ensure we had everything ready to go. And we even came back to get more stuff set up, and he happily allowed us to come back and learn more about setting up our brand new Jeeps. You know the mark of a good salesman when they don't make you feel pressured into buying something, and yet you upgrade what you even originally wanted in the first place! They also have a great test drive experience, at the other "5 Star Rated" dealership they only let me take back roads because the sales guy was too lazy to put gas in it so I wasn't even able to test it at highway speeds, but with Westgate and Sam, I was able to try highway and backroads, AND he allowed me to try the different 4 Wheel drive options to test the difference in how the allowed the car to drive. Just all around great device from both Sam and the dealership. Everyone we met here made you feel comfortable and important.Keith Perry--- made my car-buying experience a breeze!!!

After driving the same car since I was 15 (I am now 30), it was time to update the wheels...even though I was reluctant to do so. I came to the dealership with a couple vehicles… in mind that I wanted to look at after searching Auto Trader. During the test drives, Keith patiently answered all my questions about all the "bells and whistles" on the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that my previous 2000 SUV certainly did not have. Keith was calm, not pushy, and simply let the car sell itself. If he didn't know the answer to something, he was honest and went to someone else for the answer--which I appreciate! Keith went above and beyond to make my car buying experience a stress-free one. He followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, and even offered to wash my Jeep when I bring it in for free oil changes--- now THAT is what I'm talking about!!!:) I not only liked Keith as a car salesman, but also as a person. I will be recommending Westgate and Keith to anyone in the market to buy a new/used vehicle.GREAT EXPERIENCE!

by dylanc on 10/09/2014I bought a 2006 Jeep Commander from Westgate Pre-owned over a year ago. When I had an issue with the interior door handles after purchasing it, they did not hesitate to fix the problem. I have had bodywork done on the Commander done there… after I was in a minor accident. The work was 5 star and it was quick. I have had mechanical work done on multiple cars there. They are very honest, and always charge LESS then what you are told when you bring it in. All mopar certified mechanics but work on all makes. The managers and garage-head are fantastic and friendly. They go out of there way to help out. I do not hesitate to go and ask them questions about my. I do not take my Jeeps to the main dealership because the service department employees are rude and treat you like you don't know what you are saying. That's why I go across the street to the pre-owned dealership. That being said the parts department is very helpful. Westgate Pre-owned will always have my business. Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge should take notes. Thank you Westgate Pre-owned.easiest car buying experience ever

They set up an appt, let me test drive the Wrangler while they put together a sales proposal (my trade for the new Wrangler). They let you test drive with out a dealer and have really great prices. They work on salary and not commission… so they don't try to upsell you. They really listen to what you want. Everytime we have dealt with Bill R. and have had nothing but great service, both during and after the sale. I would highly reccomend this… dealership and Bill to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. They listen, advise and let you make the decision, without being the slick pushy salesman of old. Guess most of us make more noise when we're bitten by a bee than when we're happy that the bee just flew by. (<-- out in left field analogy alert) I had a great experience. Went in… for some warranty work on my Jeep. Decided to look around. Made a decision to buy a new car if I could lower my monthly payments. Went through a long process (mostly my issues) with the sales rep as I was preparing to buy another Jeep. Then about 80% of the way through, I changed gears and ended up looking at completely different options. Walked away having traded in my Wrangler and bought a new Chrysler 300. Sales rep was very accommodating, didn't show frustration at all with my various moments of indecision, and then finance didn't push too hard for the extras, but made recommendations that we talked through pro's/con's of. Very happy with the process and my purchase so far, and hoping to see more of the same as I visit for service in the future.
