    Mr. Udofia provided an excellent experience during the sales process. Very friendly and treated me like family while I was there. He did not pressure me and was very respectful during the entire transaction. I appreciate the fact that he used convenient methods of communication through texts and emails. Great salesman, I would definitely recommend you go see Mr. Eb Udofia if you want a superior car buying experience.

  • Disappointed

    I own 2 Lexus cars that I purchased from Johnson. My 2004 ES was scratched on the trunk after their "famous" free car wash. Did not want to argue with their service person any more after trying to establish blame (I am very meticulous about hand washing and wiping my garage kept cars). I stopped going there for 10 years because of that. I recently bought a new ES instead of the Toyota Avalon because it was a few dollars more but had some extra amenities. I brought it in for the 5000 mile service and the last thing I said to their service guy Markey was to tell the technician to be careful of the alloy wheels. I got home later that day with the car and noticed they had gouged 3 wheels with the impact wrench. I did not want to drive back, so I touched them up with some touch up paint. Looks fair but does not match. I figured I would eventually forget about it. Two days later I received a followup email survey. Well I gave them both barrels-"you would think you would take better care of a customer's $45,000 car". They responded by saying send pictures. I responded that I would live with the mismatched touch up and arrange to have service done elsewhere (Leith Toyota will service at a lesser cost) on both of my Lexus cars. A couple of days later, Markey called and left a message that they have a guy who can match the paint and fix wheels. Called him back and left a message to call because I wanted to get the matching paint so I can fix the damage. Going on 2 weeks now and no response. I am done with Johnson.

    Lexus quality is unmatched by the competition. Worked with Gavin for the fourth time. He continually meets my auto needs at a reasonable price. The dealership is top notch in appearance and service. Highly recommend Gavin and Johnson Lexus of Raleigh

    I was very impressed with the team at Johnson Lexus. They are friendly, responsive and totally focused on customer satisfaction. The buying process was relaxed and I not pushy at all. Their followup has been excellent as well. I am definitely a repeat customer!

  • Great car buying experience

    I am a busy working mom who has been looking for a car for a couple of months. This dealership was the most helpful of all the ones I visited. The car price was great, as was the condition of the car. They made the process super smooth and quick. Eb was great to work with. Very accommodating, efficient, and struck the perfect balance of following-up, but not being too persistent like some dealerships can be. Such a good experience I would definitely go back when it comes time to buy another car.

    From the very first moments that I stepped out of my previous vehicle to the time that I pulled off the lot with my oh so lovely Lexus the customer service offered was excellent. Thanks to Sergio and April my Lexus buying experience was one to remember. They were so patient with my husband and I and didn't try to pressure us into buying just any vehicle.

    A16 yr old Outback blew a head gasket which meant we needed to get a replacement car in just 3 days. The combination of our dealer rep, Eb Udofia (who was exceptionally polite, friendly & helpful) and USAA's car buying service allowed us to find exactly the car we were looking for at a truly great price in just 2 days. Eb was as flexible as we could have hoped for and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with the process and was able to answer all our questions & concerns. We would definitely work with him again with no hesitation. Despite getting a used Subaru through a new Lexus dealership, we were still given the full Lexus experience, which was both relaxing & pleasant. Great guy. Great dealership. Great working policies. Superlative buying experience. Highly recommended.

    Johnson Lexus is a pleasure to deal with! From Jon Choi (Sales) who is very accommodating and funny. to Ovi Trent, the Sales Manager, who is very respectful and nice to talk to as well. Wes Diederich, the Finance and Insurance Manager is a pleasure to deal with. Travis Orwig, Lexus Delivery Specialist, was able to explain all the great technology features of the new RC. Overall, this dealership is a HANDS DOWN pleasurable group of people!

    I dealt with Jon Choi in purchasing my 2017 GX 460. He and his manager were most helpful in my purchase of this new Truck. Jon was helpful in several areas; 1-Vehicle selection. I was thinking about 2016 GX 460 for old inventory sales. But Jon gave me a deal on 2017 GX 460 that I could not refuse. It is Lexus. 2-Jon's response to any of my questions and concerns were address immediately by phone, text or by photo. Please note, I do not check my e-mail as often as I do my text or phone. 3-His honesty and openness to all information disclosure were unheard of in car sales business. 4-Jon and his manager was more than wonderful to deal with. 5-Made the car buying experience very enjoyable. In conclusion, go see Jon at Johnson Lexus to buy a Lexus. 10+ stars on my experience with Jon at Johnson Lexus!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I wanted to trade my older Lexus in for an SUV, but didn't want to have a outrageous car note since I never had one. I walked in, and a gentleman named Eb assisted me as if I was family. We sat down and talked about what I wanted and my price range and he found one that was perfect and brand new in my eyes!!!!! Even Ms April who is their Financial Manager helped me the best way she could to get the best deals on my monthly payment. Years down the line when I want to trade this SUV in, I will definitely be going back to Johnson Lexus of Raleigh!!!!!

    This is my first Lexus car purchase and I am extremely pleased with the customer service from Eb Eudofia at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. Eb's expertise and wealth of knowledge of Lexus cars eased my mind on purchasing my pre-owned Lexus. Peace of mind means a lot especially when you travel on the roads as often as I do. Also, Eb's customer service was A+!! Another quality that's means a lot to me. From the huge red bow on top of my car, to Eric explaining every bell and whistle, to the Southern Seasons gift basket, to the tent card telling me Congratulations, to the detailed car wash on a cloudy day, etc. it was the little things that made my first purchase with Lexus memorable. I'm glad my sons were also there to share it with me. So far I've had a superb experience with the staff at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. I expect the same or better from here on out. I'm still in awe and oh so loving my "new" vehicle. THANK YOU!!!!

    Top notch- Best in Class Customer Service was showcased by the entire Sales team. We had been shopping for quite some time for the right car for our family and knew exactly what we wanted. Jon Choi, our sales rep and his team were very friendly, engaged, flexible and made our overall experience with Johnson Lexus a memorable one. The entire team was very diligent and thoughtful in working with us and in the end have a car that really aligned with our budget requirements and met the needs for our family. Jon and Team are very pleasant, knowledgeable and really partnered with us to ensure we were happy. If you’re looking to purchase a car/SUV I highly recommend buying a car from Johnson Lexus.

    Always professional from sales to service. Been buying New and Certified Pre-owned from Johnson Lexus for many years. I always know the level of professionalism I'll receive. Sergio Escarcega has been my concierge for my last 3 purchases. ALWAYS smiling, never pressuring and continues to follow-up years after the sale.
