    My wife and I are extremely happy in doing our business with Fred Anderson Toyota. The process was led by Mr. Timothy Germain. We really appreciate his true professional approach, his patience and care about our needs. This is smth that each customer is looking for. If we could, we would rate our experience as 10 our of 5 star scale. Nonetheless to say - we definitely know that your dealership is our top priority place when it comes to a purchase of our second car! :)

    Great customer service though I didn't have an appointment my car was still serviced timely and the Keith called and advised me of necessary service that was required and everything was fixed. I always take my car for service to Fred Andersen Toyota because they always fix the problem first time around, I also love the fact that they have a free vehicle inspection each time I take my car so I always have time to prepare for needed services and never get stuck on the road . Been a customer for 10 years now they are the reason why I keep buying Toyota cars for their consistent excellent services.

    We had Larry Zievis as our sales professional. He did a very good job showing us the car and explaining everything to us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and expeditious.     My experience is always rewarding. I am greeted with personable smiles and always leave confident that the service provided was complete and done correctly. I personally enjoy dealing with Mr. Ryan Cesar, who always makes me feel comfortable, gains my confidence and has excellent service repair integrity. In addition I commend Mr. Greg Murray who always services my two vehicles with utmost care. They are why I keep coming back to Fred Anderson Toyota Service.

    Sales approach seemed to be designed to facilitate the customer's decision rather than to attempt to force the decision. Second, a pricing approach that included a minimum of bargaining in order to reach a fair price and a fair trade -- each kept separate from the other. Third, the sales staff folks were unfailingly pleasant, patient, and helpful.

    I had an appointment and my truck was taken in for service as scheduled. My vechile was washed and returned to me a very timely manner. I up dated my future appointment with no problems and I very clean waiting area with refreshments!

    I was greeted pleasantly and professionally and taken into the area where it was explained to me exactly what was going to be done to my car and about how long it would take. Then I was taken into the lounge area to wait. When my car was ready, an agent came into the lounge and explained to me what was done and then took me to my waiting car.

    This is not my first purchase with John. I have bought 2 cars from him and referred him atleast 7-8 but 4-5 have bought cars from him. He gets me the online quote right away with his out the door price where non of the Toyota dealer in North Carolina (Including the Toyota of Rockhill) can beat them.

  • Deserves Zero Star!

    Although the manager was germane (true to his name. lol), I found it ridiculous that a certain annual package by the name zurich (for stains,tears,like) was a must inclusion to the car price. The tag: 980$. That was the exact difference between my expected price of 17,000 for the 20057 MSRP Corolla vs. the price of 18000 that was quoted. Poor marketing, mere profiteering.

    Everyone was friendly, I left with my new 4runner happy and did not feel like I got hosed in any way. The dealership is amazing and immaculate. My sales and finance person were incredibly wonderful.

  • Cha Ching

    Needed 5 new tires for my Tundra. Called and was told they had them in stock and made the appointment to get them installed. When I went to pick up my truck they only had 4, was told they ordered the 5th and would call when it came in. I wanted 5 because I was about to take a trip and wanted to be sure I had good tires and spare if I needed it. Trip 2 to get 5th tire (spare) installed. When making the appointment was told couldn't get a sunday appointment because their technicians weren't available on Sunday for tires. So I made arrangements to drop off my truck on Saturday and pick up on Sunday. Go to pick up my on Sunday at 4pm (they've had my truck over 24 hrs) and they had not installed the tire, nothing was done. Amazingly they did have a technician on hand to get my truck in and put the new tire on, but now I'm waiting for it. Was called by a Fred Anderson employee on Monday asking how my visit went and I politely told them it was not a good experience at all and explained why. They said a manager would definitely be contacting me about everything. Well that was a week ago. I spent over $1000 dollars for tires and service work and they can't be bothered to follow up. My take is they hooked me saying they had the tires to get me in in the first place because tires are easy money in the repair business, not a lot of unexpected extras that they would have to approach a customer about. Highly questionable if I would trust their service department when they advise on repairs.
