by Tony Murray on 03/20/2025Couldn’t be happier with the purchase of my new 2025 Chevrolet Silverado EV RST. The 2 person Team Wyatt and Isaiah that assisted me with my purchase along with Desiree and her knowledge on extended warranties as well as financing was one… of the better experiences I’ve had during the purchase of a vehicle. They all came together obtaining and bringing knowledge together to help me understand the ins and outs of the Silverado EV. After the purchase the following day they continued to support me with acquiring the converting adapters needed for charging using a Tesla Supercharger and Tesla home charger. They really have stuck with me through the entire process. Having just recently made a different purchase with an another dealership it was a completely different experience. These employees that I dealt with gave no support. Failed to maintain any type of contact and never followed up with me after the purchase. It was all I could do to get them on the phone after waiting on hold numerous times only to be disconnected and having to start over again to reach sales and customer service. I can’t emphasize enough how much I recommend these 3. I feel a sense of closeness having gone through this experience with them and hope others will experience this as well. You couldn’t ask for a better group of individuals!! Great Experience Purchasing My First New Truck

Told him exactly what I was looking for and he showed me some options on the lot. This was my first new vehicle… purchase and Cesar was able to help ease my nerves. I had some tricky questions but he was able to answer them all because he actually owned a similar model. Cesar made us feel comfortable with the purchase and it couldn’t have been any easier. BRAKE REPAIR
by 2023Travers on 02/20/2024I had my front brakes on our 2023 Traverse replaced ($600+) because there was a metal to metal grinding noise and saw that there was some grooving starting on one of the rotors. I paid ($30) to have the rear breaks inspected during the same… visit. I received a video from the technician detailing that the front brake calipers were at 6mm and the rear calipers were at 8mm and all looked good with them. The next day a more severe (then what was heard from the front brakes) grinding noise started in the rear brakes. We don't live in NC but were here for a family medical emergency. Unfortunately, we cannot return to this dealership to address our concern with the technicians inspection because we have returned home.We appreciate your honest review. Now it stays.Very, VEry, VERY expensive repair adder.Thank you for your feedback. Bad experience
by Unsatisfied on 03/03/2023Made an appointment but Sir Walter didn’t look at my car for an additional 8 days, then charged me the diagnostic charge of $165, plus $20 for “fees” plus tax for a total of $200 - and they didn’t even get a complete diagnosis “without… taking the car apart”. I will go out of my way to NOT recommend Sir Walter Chevrolet.Thank you for your feedback. Sales Dept is exceptional but the Service dept is one horrible experience
by Patunia on 03/21/2018We purchased our GMC Acadia from this dealership a year ago. We took it to get service Oil Change and Rotate tires. They put the lug nuts on too tight and warped my rotors. So I had to take it back to complain. They took a half of day… to do a job that was maybe an hours worth of work. The next time I brought it back the steering was making a whining noise and it was leaking freon. I had to send them a picture of where for them to be able to diagnose it. They fixed the tank that they said was leaking but then charges me $130 diagnostic fee for them to look at the steering. They are in the same area and when speaking to Service Manager he stated it was because they found nothing wrong with the steering and they have to pay their technicians. So why am I not the one that was paid for the $130 fee on the leaking freon? Don't even waste your time, they will just say nothing is wrong even when the car is still under warranty and charge you for looking at it. I would not recommend taking your Chevy to this dealership. They only want to make money not take care of their customer or their customers experience. Please choose another one like Hendrick. That is where I had to make my appointment to get the steering fixed.That is not the kind of experience we seek to provide. Please call us when you can so we can address this together. He, from the onset, even BEFORE meeting me, was absolutely confident that he could get me into what for me, is my "dream vehicle," the 2016 Chevy Malibu. At one… point during the process, it appeared as if the purchase was going to fall through and not happen. Mr. McKenna went and consulted with his managers and came back with financial terms that were completely acceptable. Mr. McKenna was/is so personable and really understood how important it was to get me into that car. He NEVER came off as a mere "salesman." Quick and friendly service

Only small gripes are that I had to wait a little longer than I was originally told (but that happens) and it did seem like everyone was… just "going through the motions" to get folks in and out. Efficient, but could have been slightly more friendly. No real complaints though!Lane, thank you so much for taking the time to leave this wonderful review. Ensuring you have a properly-running and safe vehicle is first and foremost for our service team. by jaggerheine on 11/19/2015after sending credit card info to secure a car as I was 3 hours away from the dealership they sold the car from under me. when talking to mr bull he was very belittling. told me that he had a client there that had not paid any money but… being that he had not run the card then he was going to sell. I honestly feel being a mother of 3 trying my best to get there and sign he took advantage. he treated me horribly on the phone and actually hung up on me when I was asking questions. I have felt so obliged to write a review but feel this would not have happened to "a husband".I am sorry to hear about your visit.
