Couldn’t be happier with the purchase of my new 2025 Chevrolet Silverado EV RST. The 2 person Team Wyatt and Isaiah that assisted me with my purchase along with Desiree and her knowledge on extended warranties as well as financing was one of the better experiences I’ve had during the purchase of a vehicle. They all came together obtaining and bringing knowledge together to help me understand the ins and outs of the Silverado EV. After the purchase the following day they continued to support me with acquiring the converting adapters needed for charging using a Tesla Supercharger and Tesla home charger. They really have stuck with me through the entire process. Having just recently made a different purchase with an another dealership it was a completely different experience. These employees that I dealt with gave no support. Failed to maintain any type of contact and never followed up with me after the purchase. It was all I could do to get them on the phone after waiting on hold numerous times only to be disconnected and having to start over again to reach sales and customer service. I can’t emphasize enough how much I recommend these 3. I feel a sense of closeness having gone through this experience with them and hope others will experience this as well.
