    I spoke with Dontez about wanting to purchase a Sorento. I told him what I wanted and with his product knowledge he showed me the Optima. I thought I wanted an SUV. I love my new car, (and its better on gas)!!

    7/22/2017, we did not go to purchase a car. First the dealership is beautiful and very clean.Shawn Tate greeted us with the up most respect.     I went to the dealership expecting great things to happen and sure enough thats what I got. When we pulled up no the lot no one came out to help but then we met Brandon Jolly. Brandon took his time to help me pick out the right car and even made sure the price was right. Brandon was honest & friendly . I based my stars off his performance and who he was. I didn't care for mike he was kinda rude and i didn't trust him at all. Brandon took my car back to be cleaned and they did a horrible job i had peacans in my arm rest thing in the middle. I didn't say anything because i was ready to leave. If you need a car and need a great salesman ask for Brandon Jolly.

    AMAZING!! Unlike any car dealership I have EVER been to! I dreaded it. Three years ago I gave up on the dealerships and paid cash for a car. It was time to get something newer and more reliable. I had been to three different brand dealerships from Charlotte to Fort Mill and I was ready to give up. So tired of being held captive and not seeing the price online OR the price I was told hours and hours before. I went there prepared to be tough, no games. I didn't need to though! They were wonderful! The cars were the price shown online, and I was in a car for a test drive in minutes! Every SINGLE person we came in contact with went out of their way to greet us, offer us something, etc. NOT just the sales person working with us (who was also very nice). They have hired a great group of people that are genuinely friendly and personable to everyone they come in contact with. Talk about hospitality and customer service - A+! They really care about the total customer experience and it shows. Some of the great people I came in contact with that you might want to look for: Brandon Jolly, Michael Reed, Alex Matzke, Bernard Graham (who I didn't talk to much but he always had a smile!), Eric Perryman in finance. If you're looking for a car - Go here. If you're tired of the games and being held hostage- Go here now! You will NOT disappointed!

    Having to buy a new car is stressful and nerve racking as it is. Union County KIA and Shawn Tate made the process comfortable and easy. No prrssure like at other places. He catered to what we wanted not what he wanted. Communication was clear and efficient. We were not overwhelmed with phone calls. The sorento is exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to Shawn and Union County KIA we have a great vehicle

    I recently purchased a Kia Soul EV from Union County Kia and found the process both exhilarating and exasperating. Kia Soul EVs are not sold in Florida where I live so the whole transaction was conducted online and over the phone. After shopping around and making a few offers, Union County came through with the best price for a 2016 shipped to my door, tax tag and title. Unfortunately, where sales was on point, the finance department continually dropped the ball and needed frequent phone calls and emails to complete the paperwork. On more than one occasion I was told documents were over nighted when they were not, causing unnecessary delays. They arranged shipping and delivered the vehicle as promised except they neglected to attach the temporary tag, and I had to wait a couple of days for an overnight delivery of the paper tag. As I am writing this review almost two months after purchasing the vehicle, I still do not have my permanent tag. I have heard a slew of excuses from it takes up to 45 days,(the temporary tag only last 30 days) to the paperwork was lost. This experience tells me they are not equipped to handle out of state transactions. They talk a good game on the phone, but follow through is abysmal. I am in love with my new ride, it is just what I wanted. There is a free Uvo account feature that can be useful for remote charging and other functions. I went to a local dealership to reset the account but they could not help there. I was able to reset it by calling customer service over a lengthy call, but they were very courteous and we got it done. In summary, great car, quick and easy sale but terrible follow through from the finance department.

    I was very nervous going into the door, as most people feel when walking into a big dealership. I didn't have the best credit and not a whole lot of money in the wallet for a down payment, but Aaron said he would do his best to get me in something! And that's exactly what he did, he made the buying experience fun and easy! I would definitely refer anyone here with big dealership fears, and not a lot of money or credit, because they are willing to give you a chance. They were some great guys and made my Christmas come a little early! Thanks guys!

    NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!!!!! BEWARE!!! Google should have a MINUS 5 star rating. I give this dealership 1 star because there is no zero or lower. These people only care about your money, NOT you!!! You will make a huge mistake dealing with them!!! Don't EVER deal with these [non-permissible content removed]! They will sell the car in which you are interested to someone else in front of you and would not even care! I should have read the previous comments here to know that they have done it before! Yesterday, Nov. 1, 2016, I went with my wife to check out a used minivan. It was around 6pm in the evening. The van was a 2016 Kia Sedona. When we showed up the van was parked in front of the dealership. It was REALLY DIRTY outside. They had not even run it though the car wash. The interior was in BAD CONDITION. Stains on the seats and floor. They had put new floor mats (dark grey) that DID NOT MATCH the interior of the vehicle (beige). We test drove. Then we sat with Aaron, the sales representative and discussed price and so on. He called Eric (I believe) and we had a good time discussing the van and the deal. Aaron and Eric were respectful and good to talk with. They made us an offer. We did not want to counter yet because we had not seen the van in its CLEAN condition. They were promising that detailing will take care of all the dirt. We agreed to come back today and they SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT for 2-3pm! Aaron told us that they will clean the van in the morning. He would be off but he will come for the deal. We left with a very good feeling and we were ready to counter offer today and to buy the van after we see it in its clean condition. This morning we received a call from the sales representative confirming that they cleaned the van. Then we received a call from a lady who told us that they are expecting us and that they are glad we are coming. We left home and were on our way to the [non-permissible content removed] dealership. We live 2 HOURS AWAY! Halfway through my wife called them to confirm the numbers on their offer. AND... She was informed that they just sold the van! I pulled over and went to a gas station. She talked with the sales representative on the dealership phone line. The sales representative LIED to her that he tried to call her earlier. In fact, while she was talking with him, he was dialing her number and calling her from his cell phone (at the same time). Ridiculous and stupid! I got to talk with the General Manager who tried to tell me that their system is "first come, first serve" Well, that it exactly the point. We did go first and were in the middle of a deal and they sold the van to someone else without even caring about our appointment! Instead of offering a real apology the GM only offered cheap explanations and did not take responsibility. At one point he offered to fill our gas tank as compensation. Yeah right! I am going to drive another hour to get to the dealership, then another 2 hours to get back home only to get my gas tank filled! I expected he would be smarter than that. He kept repeating that we should have bought the van last night. I kept telling him that we have AN APPOINTMENT that THEY set up for us. He kept repeating "first come, first serve." He could not explain why NO ONE called us to let us know there was another buyer, which I assume, a REAL dealership would have done. NO ONE called us after they sold the van! They said they were just going to call us! Yeah right! Towards the end of the conversation he managed to verbalize some sort of apologetic words just to get off the phone. Long story short: this dealership is the embodiment of "NO INTEGRITY, NO RESPECT, NO CONSIDERATION, NO COURTESY WHATSOEVER! If that is how they are treating a customer, that tells you what lack of character and principles stands behind this dealership! They are only after your money! BEWARE!

    I went to Union County Kia on Saturday, spent the day with EJ,and Greg (finance dept)looking at Kia Souls, eliminating what I didn't want. After about 8 hrs I left with my new Kia Soul Plus. Everyone there is outstanding! Highly recommend.

    FRANK ALVEY is sensational and got us exactly we looking for, car, price and payments. I started my buying process over six months ago which culminated in a visit to Union County Kia this past weekend. My wife and I got a super hot Remington Red Optima SX. Frank did a fantastic job from a sales perspective as well as a down home friendly personality that sold us almost immediately. I will definitely recommend Frank Alvey and UC Kia whenever the occasion presents itself.
