In fact, most of the time, I had to take a shower afterward...if you know what I mean. Thankfully, Scott Clark's Toyota was completely… different. From the start, Rob Van Alstyn LISTENED to me and made it his mission to find me a car that met my needs. I am greatful for the time he spent actually listening to me. My finance manager (Peter) was wonderful and worked a deal that fit my budget. All-in-all, I was impressed and have decided to purchase all of my future vehicles from Scott Clark's! I asked if I could replace the existing rims with a set I liked from another model and Robert made it happen without any issues.… Waiting for all the prep work on the vehicle took way too long, but Robert done something unexpected, I was eyeing a Virginia Tech Hitch for the 4Runner but it was too expensive, Robert realized I was waiting too long for my vehicle and bought the Hitch for me! He is a great example of what a true salesman should be. I was very pleased with the experience and I will be sure to call Robert first for my next vehicle!Great Place to buy a car

He wanted to know if I was interested in trading my Camry for a newer model with warranty. We discussed the possibilities of getting a… pre-owned 2010 Prius. We made an appointment for the following day and made a deal to purchase the 2010 Prius. After we had made our agreement on the 2010 Jim and his New Car Sales Manager Marty A. made me a very attractive offer to trade up into a brand new 2012 Prius II with new car warranty and Life Time Drive Train Warranty. The offer was too good to pass up. As of now, I am the proud owner of a new 2012 Prius II. Jim's "Professionalism" and superior product knowledge were able to seamlessly get me far more Car than I ever expected. I would like to thank Jim and Marty for their outstanding efforts to make this the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. If you are thinking about buying a new or pre-owned vehicle, I would HIGHLY recommend Scott Clark's Toyota as the place to go. My good friend Jim R. and Marty A. will make it worth the visit. Enough about the dealer...I bought the car because of Robert Van Alstyne. Rob went out of his way to make the deal and really… worked for it. He was honest, straight forward, and direct which is hard to find now days. He will find you the right… vehicle at the right price for your budget without the silly games that mose car salesmen play. Rob followed up after we purchased the vehicle and he still checks in from time to time almost a year later. I am very satisfied with my Toyota Tundra and I have Rob to thank for a wonderful experience.Great Experience and Staff

Travis Wilson was the Internet sales associate I dealt with, and from start to finish he proved to be thorough, knowledgable, and responsive. Selection was a key prerequisite for… my dealer selection. Most area Toyota dealers had one or two of the models I was looking for--Scott Clark's had at least 10. I mean, they have a multi-level parking deck for their new inventory for god's sake! I highly recommend Scott Clark's Toyota to anyone in the market.Went for one...left with two!

So we wanted to replace it with another Tacoma. Our local dealer is not easy to deal with, so we looked elsewhere.… We contacted Rob V through Scott Clark Toyota's website and he responded immediately. We told him what we wanted and he had it in stock. We drove 3 hours to get it, but it was worth it. The inventory was unbelievable!! And Rob did everything possible to meet our needs. He and the GM Jim made such a good deal for us that we traded our car and bought a new RAV-4. Seriously...if you buy anywhere else, you will regret it.Robert V. A.
