Robert was perfect! He really goes above and beyond to help the customer. Got a great deal on a used 4Runner. I asked if I could replace the existing rims with a set I liked from another model and Robert made it happen without any issues. Waiting for all the prep work on the vehicle took way too long, but Robert done something unexpected, I was eyeing a Virginia Tech Hitch for the 4Runner but it was too expensive, Robert realized I was waiting too long for my vehicle and bought the Hitch for me! He is a great example of what a true salesman should be. I was very pleased with the experience and I will be sure to call Robert first for my next vehicle!
