by Jodywi on 03/02/2024I went in with an approval letter to buy a 15k used truck. I dealt with Stacy. After spending over an hour I was told they couldn't secure financing without a 6k down payment. Called my normal new car dealer and drove off with my brand new… 2024 frontier sl the next day. Thank you for not letting me waste my money. But Stacy, big mistake... The leadership takes pride in their staff and is quick to share the accomplishments and accolades of each employee. The sales… staff work extremely well together, effortlessly "tag teaming" between each members' areas of expertise. I would be remiss without saying that IF anything were to fall between the cracks, it would not fall far. by Ashton on 09/25/2018I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Brown & Wood! Specifically, Jeff Stein, Micah Spaulding, and Chris Dizon from the sales department. They helped me get the vehicle that I wanted and it took extra effort on their part to… make the deal, but they did it and I am so grateful for such a great group of guys! I will be a forever customer! I should also add that the service department, specifically Eric Styons and Greg Harris are PHENOMENAL guys! I took my Tahoe there for a flat that couldn't be plugged and ended up having to get a new tire. Eric Styons helped me in a way that anywhere else wouldn't. He was so kind and sympathetic to my particular situation that I am forever grateful and so beyond appreciative. As a result, I will always take my vehicle to their service department because I know that Eric will do his best to take care of me and others as well! Great job guys! by beetle8 on 01/04/2008Hey Everyone, I want everyone to know that if you get the chance to purchase a Buick (in my case the Buick Enclave), get it serviced at Brown & Wood in Greenville, NC. The entire Service department from the receptionist and Service… Technical expert provides customers with EXCELLENT service upon your arrival and stay. Since I purchased my Enclave during the summer, I have had an excellent service experience everytime that I received an oil change, tires rotated, or new software system added. In fact, my latest oil change was a complementary service. Additionally, the Sales staff is very friendly and I always chat with my salesperson (Booker Rawls)
