by vantage_point on 11/21/2014Russ Dodson proved to be versatile, informative, sincere and even fun as we worked our way through my Honda CR-V and leasing questions. When I needed technical info, he was authoritative but down to earth. Even showed me a video… explaining the new kind of AWD system. His own brand of humor surfaced now and then, and that was part of the fun. Once I had chosen my new vehicle, he made sure to introduce me in the service department - my new maintenance team! Jody, in finance, was also a great guy, making paperwork easier. Russ got my new car all set up with my preferences, connected my cell phone, and set up a few radio stations; just generally showed me the ropes, plus invited me to call him if I had any more questions once I drove off the lot. Really an excellent experience to match the high quality offered by the Honda product. Friendly, thoughtful, smart, a very personable guy. Thanks, Russ!Awesome

Dustin Dallman was friendly and listened to my concerns about finding the right used vehicle within my budget. They made us such a terrific deal on a brand new 2014 CR-V, that my wife and I bought a new 2014 Pilot from them a month later. These… people know how to make great deals and deliver sensational value. We have only experienced good things from them and they all seem willing to go the extra mile to earn your business. by pickens29671 on 11/05/2009Once the sales contract is signed and they have your money, AppleTree Honda will not know who you are! Our title transfer paperwork arrived late and incorrect. We were promised overnight delivery of corrected paperwork, but no one followed… through and we did not receive it until four days later after requesting it a second time. Also, we did not receive our warranty contract as promised, and the staff at AppleTree has not even given us the courtesy of return phone calls. Worse than incompetence is deceit. When I contacted HondaCare about not receiving the contract, I found out that the date of sale was changed from the application and that information AppleTree provided to placate me was totally false. Even the "Customer Satisfaction Manager" has been no help. So far (three weeks and counting) there has been no response to my (polite) email giving the details of all the problems we have encountered. Find a car to purchase somewhere else!Re: Avoid Apple Tree Honda--visit another dealer
by hondalover16 on 10/25/2009I love Honda's, currently I have 3 Honda's and one Acura. But I went to purchase a Honda Fit from this dealer this past week, because they had the color I wanted. The associates were nice but.....they hid the sticker from me and when I… went in to sign the contract it was very rushed (Note kprice 17,900,). They added $500 to the sticker price. Now I expected to pay the sticker price because this car is in demand, but over sticker price! It was my fault for not being more careful but I knew the price was in the range we discussed. This is very deceptive and I would never buy from this dealership again. I hope people avoid this dealer for another Honda dealer that is honest. There is no reason to rip off the general public like this, I was assuming they were honest and up front. If you must go there demand to see the sticker and be prepared to fight. by twldw080506 on 07/31/2009So my husband and I went to the Apple Tree Honda Used car lot to look into exchanging in our Ford Explorer. Great time to do so due to the "Cash for Clunkers" that was going on. We worked with Tony who was great, bought the car and went… home. 2 day's later we go to roll down the window and Bam. Not good, window off track, obviously something that was already an issue. We called the dealership to discuss and they said that if it was just off track they would fix for free and if it was a part that needed to be replaced they would pay 50% of the cost. We thought great, sounded fair right? WRONG. It seems there was a part in the windo that did need to be replaced. They quoted "our part of the bill" would be $355 bucks. ???? Quite expensive part as if our part was 355 that would mean the entire repair would be $710. So I did some research. I called the dealership that sold the new version of this car and priced out the part................$144 bucks! Then I priced out what it would be for them to install.............$290 bucks. So yeah now I'm a little pissed that they thought I would fall for such crap. Initially trying to make me believe they were being honest in wanting to pay 50% of the bill but what they were really doing was trying to make a quick buck. Due to this circumstance I have lost all respect for this dealership that at one time had a repectable name. If you need a repair or a new car, be sure to do some research first. They weren't just jacking up the repair bill (as most dealerships do) they were out right knowingly being dishonest. Needless to say we will be trading in our other car in a couple of months. We were excited about going back to work with Tony. Unfortunatly due to the attempted rip off (no fault of Tony's) we will not be purchasing a car from here again.Buying a high mileage car with confidence!

When I bought it the car had a 153,000 miles on it but Tim was able to supply me with the complete history of the cars maintenance since it had been… serviced exclusively at Apple Tree. The information that Tim supplied along with an inspection from a independent Honda mechanic gave me the confidence to purchase a high mileage vehicle. I've owned the car for several months and recently took a 1,300 mile round trip drive with no problems and feel confident that this was an excellent purchase. I would highly recommend Tim W. for his knowledge of great vehicles for a great price and he is very personable and easy to work with.Great ex-bartender salesmen

We met with two superior individuals--Liam W. and Tim W.--and they helped us zero in on just what fit… our requirements. Tim suggested a compromise between my wife and me--a 2012 Honda Crosstour, what he termed an "Accord on steroids." Liam worked with us on our tradein and a bottom line price. There was no nickel-and-dimeing or nonsense. Liam and Tim accepted our budget constraints, filled us in on the intricacies of the Honda electronics, answered all our technical questions, and were totally professional in every respect. We picked up the car the next day (after the prep service) and were extremely pleased with it. Liam phoned this morning to follow up on any questions we might have raised. We both highly recommend both Tim and Liam.A++ BUYING EXPERIENCE

From the time that I was first greeted on the lot all the way through the entire buying experience I was treated… with the utmost respect. Negotiation was easy and upfront, they didn't play any games with me. I had already done some price shopping before I went in, and they hit me right were I wanted to be. I did have a question about the tag work after I was home, and everyone I talked with gave me all the answers I need and right when I needed them. Thank you again for a great experience, would recommened them to all my family and friends!!
