This guy was polite, courteous, patient, and talked to my wife about every detail she had… questions about on the 2019 Sorento. JC was one of the reasons I bought from University KIA and purchased the 2019 Sorento. All the research I did was proven to be accurate and JC confirmed it with my visits. The pricing was fair and all the employees that helped get my new car purchase done were all top notch.Sold!

I liked the vehicle, but, I felt that the size was too big for me. I was just looking and wanted to shop around at… other dealerships. I retreated to the rest room before leaving, when I came out car salesman, Mr. Jose Torres had parked a beautiful 2020 Pacific Blue Kia Sportage at the exit door. He had me take a look inside of the vehicle and it was a wrap! That smooth move by Mr. Torres let me know that he was listening to my wants and needs from the time I walked on my he lot until the time I was “trying to leave.” #lol This car buying experience was one of my best experiences yet! Much respect to Mr. Torres, may you sell many more vehicles ... I like your style!!!! Mr. Davis, Mr. Joseph, and the General Manager, you all factor in to the scheme. Matt asked me great questions to help me find what I was looking for even when I wasn't… sure I was going to find what I wanted. The best thing is he kept me in my budget. He guided us through the purchase in a very professional manner. As a matter of fact, Terrence met us… at our car when we first arrived at the dealership. I felt comfortable and taken care of and felt like I was good hands from the very beginning and it was very reassuring. He was polite and welcoming and it was thankfully not… tedious at all! Honored the price they gave and handled the entire process as painlessly as possible with no… stress or "let me get my manager" salesman tactics. There was never any pressure to purchase. We were provided with an un-supervised… demonstration drive where we were provided with an opportunity to drive a demonstrator vehicle without the presents of a sales person. This was very similar to our experience when purchasing a Volvo XC-70 at a Volvo dealer in Stockholm, Sweden. The vehicle was allowed to sell itself.
