We had a very pleasant experience at University Kia. This was due in part by the tremendous service provided by our sales representative Mr. Laast. There was never any pressure to purchase. We were provided with an un-supervised demonstration drive where we were provided with an opportunity to drive a demonstrator vehicle without the presents of a sales person. This was very similar to our experience when purchasing a Volvo XC-70 at a Volvo dealer in Stockholm, Sweden. The vehicle was allowed to sell itself.
