by SharLeeD on 09/25/2014I went into Lexus of Durham for service & inspection for my 2013 Lexus RX 350 and the next day had a new leased 2015 Lexus. RTX350. I did not intend to get a new car! The sales specialist was great (Peter P). This is my third RX350 from… this dealer. Love their Customer Service. We discuss the Lexus Customer Service model at my company and try to use it to show the importance of our customers & the right way to treat them.Best car buying experience I've had in 35yrs
by dunnbtjr on 01/02/2008I bought a 2007 GS350 Lexus from Johnson Lexus at Southpoint on Feb. 26 2007 and I have waited until now to post my gripes and grumbles. I'm pleased to say to this day 2 Jan 08 I have had the best experience I've ever had with a car dealer… period. I met with one salesperson, there was no tower,no sales manager came to tell me what he could do for me or" if I can get you close will you sign today" or any of the usual pressure tactics that high pressure sales people use. We went into the office and he told me what they had to have and I told him what I was willing to give,he took this to the sales manager came back to me with an acceptance of my offer of which I had researched for weeks. I had made a similar offer in Raleigh and was turned down for the same vehicle without the ML and Navigation, on top of that I was called at my home the next day by the salesman and told how the sales manager and the credit manager had bent over backwards to put me in this car and I should consider the offer. I can assure you I have not set foot in the Raleigh dealership since I walked out. I drive 20mi. further to go to Durham. I promise you I am just that satisfied with these guys. I highly recommend this dealership if you're going to spend 40-50thousand dollars for a car you want to be pampered a little.

Ditto re: your comments. I bought a new Lexus RX350 in Jan. 09, and had a similar experience.. They do EVERYTHING right there and I'm a customer for life!
